1.Scope

Thistechnicalspecificationclassifiedgroupsoftechnicalrequirementincludingmaintechnicalparameters,functionaldesign,construction,characteristics,installationandtest,towhichthe20KVGISSwitchgearwith0.3Mpadesignpressurearesubjected.

Therequirementstipulatedinthespecificationisthelowesttechnicalrequirement,notcoveringalldetails,neithercoveringallnominativereferencesorstandards.Theequipmentmanufacturersshallprovidehighqualityproductsinaccordancetothisstandard,GBstandard,DLstandardandInternationalstandard.

Whereconflictexistsbetweenthisstandardandmanufacturer’sstandard,thehigherstandardshallapply.

Theneutralpointof20KVnetworkisearthedviasmallresistance.
