Therequirementstipulatedinthespecificationisthelowesttechnicalrequirement,notcoveringalldetails,neithercoveringallnominativereferencesorstandards.Theequipmentmanufacturersshallprovidehighqualityproductsinaccordancetothisstandard,GBstandard,DLstandardandInternationalstandard.
Whereconflictexistsbetweenthisstandardandmanufacturer’sstandard,thehigherstandardshallapply.
