1. REGISTRATIONFOREC-SHIPONLINEPORTALACCOUNT
登记「投寄易网上平台」账户
1.1 UponregistrationasanAccountHolderoftheOnlinePortal,youbecomearegistereduseroftheOnlinePortalandholdanAccount（"Account"）.Yourepresent,undertakeandwarranttoHKPthat:
在你登记成为「网上平台」账户持有人后，你即成为「网上平台」的登记使用者 并持有账户（「账户」）。
你向香港邮政申述、承諾及保证：
（a） thePersonalInformationyouhavesubmittedtoHKPistrue,accurateandup-to-date;
（b） youhavesubmittedyourownPersonalInformationandnotthatofanyotherPersontoHKP;
（c） youshallnotifyHKPofanychangeinyourPersonalInformationbyupdatingyourAccountorinwriting;
（d） youshalltakefullresponsibilityforyourAccountandanyactionstakenthroughyourAccount.
（a） 你已向香港邮政递交的个人信息皆属真实、准确及符合现况；
（b） 你已向香港邮政递交你本人而非任何其他人的个人信息；
（c） 你的个人信息如有任何更改，你须透过更新账户或以书面方式通知香港邮政；
（d） 你须对你的账户及经由你的账户所采取的任何行动负上全责。
1.2 SuspensionandTerminationofAccount 暂停及终止账户
HKPmay,atitsabsolutediscretion,suspendorterminateyourAccountanddenyyouraccesstooruseoftheOnlinePortaloranypartthereofwithoutpriornoticeinanyofthefollowingcircumstances:
（a） anyofyourPersonalInformationisuntrue,inaccurate,incompleteoroutofdate（orHKPhasreasonablegroundstosuspectthatthisisthecase）;and/or
（b） HKPhasreasontobelievethatyouhaveusedtheOnlinePortalillegally,improperlyornotinaccordancewiththisAgreement.
香港邮政有绝对酌情权在下列任何情况下暂停或终止你的账户，以及拒绝让你接 达或使用「网上平台」或其任何部分，而无须事先通知：
（a） 你的任何个人信息失实、不准确、不完整或过时（或香港邮政有合理理由怀 疑如此）；以及／或
（b） 香港邮政有理由相信你非法、不恰当或不遵从本协议的规定使用「网上平台」。
2. YOURRESPONSIBILITIESFORSECURITY你的保安责任
2.1 ToensurethatonlyyouareabletoaccessandgiveinstructionstoHKPrelatingtoyourAccount,youwilladopt,andatalltimesmaintain,thesecurityproceduresprescribedbyHKPfromtimetotimeincludingwithoutlimitationthosesetoutinClause2.3.
2.2 ToenableyoutousetheOnlinePortal,youcancreateaLoginNameandPasswordforyourAccount.Youshallbefullyresponsiblefortheconfidentialityandsecurityofsuchinformation,andforallactionstakenthroughyourAccount.Youherebyagreeto（a）promptlynotifyHKPofanyunauthoriseduseofyourLoginNameandPasswordinaccordancewithClause9;and（b）properlylogoutfromyourAccountwhenyouhavefinishedusingtheServicesorwhenyoudonotusetheServices.
2.1 为确保只有你可以接达你的账户及就你的账户向香港邮政发出指示，你将采取并 时刻执行香港邮政不时订明的保安程序，包括但不限于第2.3 条所列者。
2.2 为使你可使用「网上平台」，你可为你的账户设定登入名称及密码。
你须对此等资 料的保密及安全，以及经由你的账户所采取的一切行动负上全责。
你现同意（a）如 根据第9 条发现有人XX使用你的登入名称及密码，实时通知香港邮政；以 及（b）在完成使用服务或当你并非使用服务时，妥为注销你的账户。

2.3 PasswordSecurityProcedures 密码保安程序
2.3.1 YouwillchangeyourPasswordregularlyandwheneverHKPrequiresyoutodoso.YoushallnotchooseaPasswordyouhaveusedbefore;
2.3.2 WhenchoosingyourPassword,youshallnotuseeasilyguessednumbersorwordstoavoidunauthoriseduseofyourAccount;
2.3.3 YoushalltakeallstepstosafeguardyourPasswordatalltimes.YoushallnotdiscloseyourPasswordtoanyotherPersonorpermitanyotherPersontogainaccesstotheServices.YoushallnotdiscloseyourPasswordtoanyonewhoclaimstorepresentHKPorholdsoutastheauthorisedrepresentativeofHKPinanycircumstances;
2.3.1 你须定期及在香港邮政要求时更改你的密码。
你不得选用你以前用过的密码；
2.3.2 在选用密码时，你不得使用容易被猜中的号码或文字，以避免有人XX使用你的账户。
2.3.3 你须时刻采取一切步骤以保护你的密码。
你不得向任何人披露你的密码或准许任 何其他人接达服务。
在任何情况下，你不得向任何自称代表香港邮政的人或声称 为香港邮政授权代表的人披露你的密码；
2.3.4 YoushallnotrecordyourPasswordinawaywhichisrecognizablebysomeoneelseasasecuritycode;
2.3.5 IfyoudiscoverorsuspectanyunauthorizeddisclosureoruseofyourPassword,youshallimmediatelygiveformalnoticeinwritingtoHKPinaccordancewithClause9.
2.3.4 你不得以其他人可辨认为保安密码的方法记錄你的密码；
2.3.5 如你发现或怀疑你的密码被XX披露或使用，你须根据第9 条实时向香港邮政发出正式书面通知。
2.4 OtherSecuritySafeguard其他保安措施
2.4.1 YoushallnotleaveyourComputerSystemunattendedwhileusingyourAccount.YoushallpromptlylogoutfromyourAccountonceyouhavefinishedusingtheServicesorwhenyoudonotusetheServices.
2.4.2 YoushallnotaccessyourAccountfromanydeviceconnectedtoalocalareanetwork（orLAN）,suchasanofficeenvironment,withoutfirstmakingsurethatnooneelseisabletoobserveorobtainaccesstoyourAccountpretendingtobeyou.
2.4.3 YoushallnotuseorattempttouseyourAccountforanypurposesotherthanthosewhicharepermittedbyHKP
2.4.4 Youshallnot,norshallyouattemptto,tamperwith,modify,decompile,disassemble,reverseengineer,damage,alterorgainunauthorizedaccesstoanypartoftheServicesortheOnlinePortaloranysoftwarecomprisedinit.YoushallnotifyHKPassoonaspracticableifyoubecomeawareofanysuchactions.
2.4.1 在你使用你的账户时，你不得置你的计算机系统于不顾。
当你完成使用服务或当你 并非使用服务时，须立即注销你的账户。
2.4.2 在未确定没有其他人可以观看你的账户或冒充你接达你的账户之前，你不得透过 任何已接驳区域网络的器材（如办公室环境的器材）接达你的账户。
2.4.3 你不得使用或企图使用你的账户作香港邮政许可以外的任何用途。
2.4.4 你不得亦不会企图对服务或「网上平台」的任何部分或包含的任何软件进行干扰、 修改、反汇编、反组译、逆向工程或XX接达。
如你发现任何此等行为，你须在可行情况下尽快通知香港邮政。
3. AUTHORITYTOCARRYOUTINSTRUCTIONS执行指示的权力
3.1 YouagreethattheuseofyourPasswordisadequateidentificationofyou.HKPisentitledtoactoninstructionsgiventhroughyourAccountwithoutobtainingfurtherconfirmationfromyou.HKPshallnotbeliabletoanylossordamageinconnectionwithactingontheinstructionsgiventhroughyourAccountincludingthecasewheretheinstructionsarenotgivenorauthorisedbyyou.
3.2 YouwillnotbeheldresponsibleforanyinstructionsgiventhroughyouraccountthatarenotauthorisedbyyouifsuchinstructionsaregivenafteryouhavegivenHKPformalnoticeinwritingofyourdiscoveryorsuspicionofunauthorizeddisclosureoruseofyourPasswordinaccordancewithClause2.3.5.
3.1 你同意凭着使用你的密码，已足以辨认你的身分。
香港邮政有权按照经由你的帐 户发出的指示行事，而无需进一步取得你的确认。
香港邮政无须对因按照经由你 的账户发出的指示行事所引起的损失或损害承担法律责任，包括属于有关指示并非由你发出或经你授权的情况。
3.2 若你已按照第2.3.5 条的规定，在发现或怀疑你的密码被XX披露或使用后， 向香港邮政发出正式书面通知，即无须为在你给予香港邮政正式书面通知后经由 你的账户发出但未经你授权的任何指示负责。
4. THEONLINEPORTALANDYOURSYSTEM「网上平台」及你的计算机系统
4.1 YoushallatyourowncostsandexpensesensurethatYourComputerSystemiscompatiblewiththeOnlinePortal.HKPwillnotbeliableforanyliability,loss,costandexpensethatyousufferorincurasaresultofanyincompatibilitybetweenYourComputerSystemandtheOnlinePortal.
你须确保你的计算机系统与「网上平台」兼容，并自行承担有关费用及开支。
香港 邮政不会就因你的计算机系统与「网上平台」不兼容所导致你蒙受或招致的任何法 律责任、损失、费用及开支负责。
4.2 Youshall,atyourowncostandexpenses,takeallnecessarymeasurestoensurethatYourComputerSystemisfunctioningwellandisfreefromanyVirus.YouunderstandandagreethatanyuseoftheOnlinePortalanddownloadingand/orobtainingofanycontentand/orsoftwarefromtheOnlinePortalisentirelyyourowndecisionandatyourownrisk.HKPshallnotberesponsibleforanyproblemcausedbytheerror,failureormalfunctionofYourComputerSystemoranyothercomputersystemresultingfromtheuseoftheOnlinePortal.Also,HKPshallnotberesponsibleinanywayforanydamagetoYourComputerSystemoranyothercomputersystemoranylossofdatacausedbydownloadingand/oruseofsuchcontentand/orsoftware（includingbutnotlimitedtolossordamagecausedbyVirusesormalfunctioningofsoftware）.
你须采取一切必需措施，以确保你的计算机系统运作良好及不受计算机病毒侵袭，并 须自行承担有关费用及开支。
你明白并同意使用「网上平台」以及从「网上平台」 下载及／或取得任何内容及／或软件，全属你本人的决定，你须自行承担风险。
对于你的计算机系统或任何其他计算机系统因使用「网上平台」以致出现错误、故障或失靈而引起的任何事故，香港邮政概不负责。
此外，香港邮政在任何方面均不 会对因下载及／或使用此等内容及／或软件而引致你的计算机系统或任何其他计算机 系统有所损坏或數据有所损失（包括但不限于因计算机病毒或软件失靈而引致的损 失或损害）负上责任。
4.3 YourepresentthatyouaretheholderorauthoriseduserofYourComputerSystemeverytimeyouaccessorusetheOnlinePortal.
4.4 YouagreetousetheOnlinePortal（whetherornotitcontainsmaterialsownedbyHKPorprovidedbyothers）legallyandwillnotinfringeontheIntellectualPropertyRightsoftheGovernmentorothercopyrightownersinHongKongoranyotherjurisdictionswhereyouaccessorusetheOnlinePortal.
4.3 你每次接达或使用「网上平台」，即申述你乃你的计算机系统的持有人或获授权使用 者。
4.4 你同意合法地使用「网上平台」（不論其是否包含香港邮政拥有的材料或由他人提 供的材料），而且不会侵犯政府或香港其他版权持有人，或你接达或使用「网上平 台」的地方的任何其他司法管辖区的知識产权权利。
5. THEONLINEPORTALANDTHESERVICES「网上平台」及服务
5.1 TheOnlinePortalandtheMaterialsontheOnlinePortalareprovidedon"as-is"and"withallfaults"bases.HKPmakesnostatements,representationsorwarranties（whetherexpressorimplied）ofanykind（includingbutnotlimitedtotheaccuracy,completeness,timeliness,merchantability,security,non-infringementoftheIntellectualPropertyRightsofanyPersonandfitnessforaparticularpurpose）inrelationtotheOnlinePortal,theServices,theMaterialsintheOnlinePortal;andtheinformationavailablethroughtheOnlinePortal.
「网上平台」及「网上平台」的材料是在「现存」及「可能有错」的基础上提供。
香港邮政并没有就「网上平台」、服务或「网上平台
