7,thefocusoftheimplementationoflarge-scalerealestatecompanies,realestatemodelhousingcooperation;

8,accurategraspofmarkettrends,analysisofmarketdevelopment,timelypositioningofthemarketdirection;

9,analysisofcompetitiveadvantage,andtimelysumuptheresponseplan,timelyfeedbacktothecompanyleader,assistthecompanytoformulateandadjustthemarketstrategy;
