TheSpecificationsandaccompanyingplansareintendedtodescribethedetailsoftechnicalmattersintheContracti.e.,theperformance,capacities,construction,machineryequipment,material,etc.requiredfortheconstructionofaMulti-PurposeOffshoreSupplyVesselbeingcapableofoperatingassea-goinginunrestrictedwaters,hereinaftercalled"theVessel"

IfanydiscrepancyisfoundbetweentheContractandtheSpecification,theContractshallprevail,andifanydiscrepancyisfoundbetweentheSpecificationsandtheaccompanyingplans,theSpecificationsshallbetaken.

Anyitem,whichisnotexpresslycalledforintheSpecifications,shallnotbefurnishedbytheBuilder,unlessitisrequiredbythespecifiedrulesandregulations.

SparepartsaretobesuppliedbytheBuilderaccordingtotheSpecifications,whichmeettherequirementsofthespecifiedClassificationSocietyand/orthenormalstandardsoftheBuilderandmanufacturers.

AnythingomittedfromthisSpecificationbutwhichisconsideredtobenormalornecessaryinordertocomplywithRulesortobeinkeepingwiththemarinestandardsforsatisfactoryserviceistobesuppliedandfittedwithoutextracost.Anythingmentionedtwicewhichisnormallyonlysuppliedonceshallbesuppliedonceonly.

（c）Movemenandmaterialsbetweenplatforms

（d）Operationtobe24hours/daycontinuousoperation,capableofremainingonstationforaminimumof14days.

ThedesignoftheVesselistotakeintoconsiderationthetypeofoperationsinwhichitshallbeengagedwithparticularreferencetosafetyofoperationandaccessibilitytoallpartsforoperation,maintenanceandoverhaul.

ScantlingsaretobeinaccordancewithClassificationSocietyRules,orgreaterwherenotedinthisSpecificationforavesselofthisclass,typeandintendedservice.
