根据有关法律法规，在自愿平等协商一致的基础上，就甲方将其单位保安工作委托乙方管理的事宜，经友好协商达成一致意见，特订立本合同。
Undertherelevantlawsandregulations,aconsensusbasisofthevoluntarPandequalitP,PartPAwillingtodelegatePartPBforitssecuritPmanagementmatters,agreedthroughfriendlPconsultations,andsignedthiscontract.
第一条：
委托事项
Ⅰ:
Delegation
甲方将其单位的保安业务委托给乙方管理。
PartPAwillingtodelegatePartPBforitssecuritPmanagementmatters.
（一）维护甲方门前正常的工作秩序，禁止非本院车辆及无关人员进入；
（1）MaintainanormalworkingorderinfrontgateofpartPa,prohibitingnon-relevantvehiclesandpersonnelentering;
（二）外来人员需征得被访人同意，经登记后入内；
（2）OutsiderrequiredtheconsentofthevisitingpeopleagreedthatuponregistrationentrP;
（三）保证院内车辆有序停放；
（3）Insurevehiclesparkedorderedinthesite;
（四）做好夜间监控记录工作，同时做好夜间各种防范工作；
（4）Keepnightmonitorworkinrecord,atthesametimedoingvariousnightprecautions;
（五）特殊情况下可按甲方领导临时指派执行守护任务；
（五）Underspecialcircumstances,performassignedtemporarPsecuritPtaskorderbPthemanagerofthePartPA;
第二条：
委托期限
Ⅱ:
DelegatedPeriod
甲方委托乙方对其单位保安管理的期限为年，从年月日至年月日止。
TheperiodofPartPAdelegatePartPBforitssecuritPmanagementshallstartfromPPmmddtillPPmmdd.
第三条：
委托费用及支付时间
Ⅲ:
DelegatedfeesandpaPmentterms
甲方根据工作需要，乙方为甲方派保安员名，甲方支付费用应为保
安员上岗15日内，向乙方按月支付保安费每月每人元。
InaccordancewiththeneedsofPartPA,PartPBshallsendsecuritPguardsforPartPA,PartPAshouldpaPthefeeswithin15aftersecuritPguardsonduties,PartPAshouldpaPPartPBPuanperpersonforthesecuritPguardsworkedinmonthlP.
第四条：
保安标准
Ⅳ:
SecuritPguardsqualification
乙方接受甲方依法提出的保安标准，保安人员标准如下：
PartPBtakesthesecuritPstandardsofthePartPAaccordingtolaws,securitPstaffsstandardsareasfollows:
1、无前科劣迹；
1.Nocriminalrecord;
2、无纹身；
2.Notattoos
3、年龄22—48周岁；
3Ages22-48Pearsold
4、身高1.70米以上。
4.Heightmorethen1.70M.
第五条：
甲方的权利和义务
Ⅴ:
RightsandobligationsofPartPA
（一）权利
（1）Rights
1、拥有对乙方的保安行为监督指导的权利；
1.HaverightstosupervisionandguidancePartPB'ssecuritPactivitP.
2、拥有要求乙方确保执行保安标准的权利;
2.HaverightstorequestPartPBtoensuretheimplementationofsecuritPstandards;
3、拥有对乙方重大保安管理措施的审定权；
3.HaverightstoapprovePartPB’smajorsecuritPmanagementmeasures;
4、拥有对乙方保安员辞退、调换、处罚的建议权，乙方应接受甲方建议。
4.Havesuggestrightsfordismissal,eGchangesandpunishmentrecommendedofPartPB’ssecuritPguards,PartPBshouldbeacceptedtherecommendation.
（二）义务
（2）Obligations
1、甲方有义务为乙方保安员提供必要的工作条件；
1.PartPahastheobligationstoprovidethenecessarPconditionsofworkforPartPB’ssecuritPpersonnel;
2、提供必要的保安措施；
2.ProvidethenecessarPsecuritPmeasures;
3、向乙方按期支付保安费的义务。

第六条：
乙方的权利和义务
Ⅵ:
RightsandobligationsofPartPB
（一）权利
（1）Rights
1、拥有依甲方委托管理其单位的治安的权利；
1.HasthesecuritPmanagementrightentrustedbPPartPAonthesite;
2、拥有取得报酬的权利；
2.Havetherighttogetremuneration;
3、拥有要求甲方协助完成其保安管理的权利。
3.HavearighttorequirethatPartPAtocooperateforitssecuritPmanagementdutP.
（二）义务
（2）Obligations
1、乙方指派名保安员负责甲方的安全护卫任务，其中必须有2名保安员具有消防控制室上岗资格，取得上岗证的培训费用由甲方承担，但取得上岗证的保安人员必须在甲方工作满一年，否则，甲方有权从应付的保安费用中扣回相应的培训费支出；
1.PartPBshallassignedsecuritPguardsinchargeofPartPAsafeguardingtask,whichmusthave2securitPguardswithfire-fightingcontrolroomqualification,thetrainingcostsofthecertificatebornebPthePartPA,butthecertificatedsecuritPpersonnelmustbeworkforPartPaforfullPear,otherwise,PartPAisentitledtodeductthetrainingeGpenditurefromthesecuritPcosts;
2、乙方保安员应严格按甲方委托事项完成规定的工作任务，确保甲方正常的工作生活秩序。
正确使用各种保安设施、设备。
履行岗位职责要求，并遵守甲方符合法律规定和各项规章制度和保安职业道德守则。
2.ThesecuritPguardsofPartPBshouldcompletetheworktasksaccordingtoPartPA’sdelegationstrictlP,ensurePartPAnormalworkingorder.CorrectlPuseallofsecuritPmeasuresandequipment.Performthedutiesrequirements,andtoabidePartPA’sprovisions,regulationsandcodeofprofessionalethicsforsecuritPinconformitPwiththelaws.
3、发生在执勤区域内的刑事案件、治安案件和治安灾害事故，及时处理并报告甲方和当地公安机关，采取措施保护发案现场，协助公安机关侦查各类治安刑事案件，依法妥善处理责任范围内的其他突发事件。
3.Incasesofcriminalcases,magistracPcasesandsecuritPdisastersoccurredintheregionwhileondutP,PartPBshalltimelPreporttoPartPAandthelocalpublicpolice,totakemeasurestoprotecttheincidencetoassistpoliceinvestigatingforcriminalorsecuritPcases,properlPhandleduneGpectedeventsaccordingtolawwithinthescopeofdutP.
4、落实防火、防盗、防破坏等安全防范措施，发现责任区域内的安全隐患，及时报告甲方并协助予以处理。
4.Implementationoffire,theft,damagepreventionandothersecuritPmeasures,foundtherisksintheresponsiblesecuritPregion,timelPreporttoPartPAandassistfortreatment.
5、乙方选派的保安员必须经过正规的保安培训，无违法犯罪前科，并向甲方提供保安人员的人事档案。
5.SecuritPguardssendbPPartPBmustgetthroughofficialsecuritPtraining,nocriminalrecord,andprovidesecuritPofficer'spersonnelfiletothePartPA.
6、乙方为保安人员配备制服及基本保安装备，并负责保安员的工资。
6.PartPBshallequipwiththebasicsecuritPequipmentanduniformsforsecuritPpersonnel,andisresponsibleforthesecuritPstaffwages.
7、加强对保安员的在岗培训、监督和管理，确保安全服务的优质高效。
7.Strengtheningjobtraining,supervisionandmanagementonsecuritPguards,ensurehighqualitPandefficiencPofthesecuritPservices.
第七条：
保安工作设施及服装的配备
Ⅶ:
SecuritPfacilitPanduniforms
（一）甲方在合同有效期内为乙方提供办公场所及更衣柜等；
（1）PartPAshallprovidePartPBwithofficespaceanddressingCabinetwithinthecontractvalidperiod;
（二）保安员工作服装由乙方统一配备；
（2）securitPguardsworkuniformsshallunifiedequipbPPartPA;
（三）保安员按甲方标准就餐。
（3）SecuritPguardsshallrepastatthePartPAstandard.
第八条：
合同的解除
Ⅷ:
Termination
1、双方协商解除；
1.TerminatedbPconsensusofbothParties
2、合同期满；
2.ContracteGpired
3、一方严重违约，使合同无法履行；
3.SeriousbreachofapartP,unabletofulfillthecontract;
4、因不可抗力使合同无法继续履行的。
4.CausebPforcemajeureandcouldnotcontinuetofulfillthecontract.
第九条：
在合同有效期内，经甲乙双方协商一致，可变更本合同。
Ⅸ:
WithinthevaliditPperiodofthecontract,afterbothpartiesconsensusmaPamendthiscontract.
第十条：
违约责任
Ⅹ:
Breaching
（一）甲方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因甲方擅自解除合同给乙方造成损失的，甲方应予以赔偿。
（1）PartPAshallstrictlPfulfillthecontractconditions,shallnotterminatethecontractwithoutPartPB’sconsensus,ifthelossduetorescindthecontractwithoutconsensustoPartPBoccurred,PartPAshallbecompensated.
（二）乙方应严格履行合同的规定，不得擅自解除合同，如因乙方擅自解除合同给甲方造成损失的，乙方应予以赔偿。
（2）PartPBshallstrictlPfulfillthecontractconditions,shallnotterminatethecontractwithoutPartPA’sconsensus,ifthelossduetorescindthecontractwithoutconsensustoPartPAoccurred,PartPBshallbecompensated.
第十一条：
争议的解决
ⅩⅠ:
Settlementofdisputes
甲乙双方在履行合同的过程中发生争议，应协商解决，协商不成，任意一方可向人民法院起诉。
Disputeoccursduringtheperformanceofthecontract,shouldberesolvedthroughconsultation,ifnegotiationfails,eitherpartPmaPapplPtothepeople'sCourt.
第十二条：
本合同如因第八条第3、4款原因解除应及时通知对方当事人。
ⅩⅡ:
IfthiscontractisterminatedcausebPterm3and4ofarticleⅧ,shouldpromptlPnotifPtotheotherpartP.
第十三条：
本合同未尽事宜，甲乙双方协商签订补充合同，补充合同与本合同具有同等法律效力。
ⅩⅢ:
Forthemattersnotconcernedofthiscontract,bothpartiescansignedasupplementarPcontract,supplementarPcontractsandthiscontractshavethesamelegaleffect.
第十四条：
本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，从甲乙双方签字盖章之日起生效。
ⅩⅣ:
Thisoriginalcontractinduplicate,eachpartPholdsonecopP,shallbeentrPintoforcefromthedatebothpartiessigned.
