Alongwithourcountrysocialistconstructionisbooming,withhigh-risebuildings,largespanbridgesontherise,thebearingcapacityofpilefoundationwithhigherrequirements.Largediameterboredpilethereforegetsrapiddevelopment,pilelengthandpilediameteralsodobiggermore.However,intheexistingvariousmethodsofpile,boredpilehasmanyadvantagesandiswidelyusedinconstruction,butitishardtoavoidtheimpactofmud,whichnotonlyreducesthebearingcapacityofpileexpectations,butalsocausedaseriouswasteofmaterials.Manualholediggingpileisdifficulttoachievegreaterdepth,itsbearingcapacityisalsodifficulttojustasonewishes.Inviewofboredpileinthissituation,howtoimprovethepileconstructiontechnologylevel,maketheinputmaterialtobemorereasonabletouse,soastogreatlyincreasethebearingcapacityofsinglepileinengineeringfield,havebecomehotissuesinrecentyears.

Boredpileconstructionmethod
Percussiondrilling,punchinggrabbingdrillingandrotarydrillingholecanadoptslurrywallconstructionmethod.Theconstructionprocessis:
siteformation,slurrypreparation,buriedtubeandlayingworkplatformrigandpositioning,drilling,holecleaningandinspectionofholequalityandlowersteelcage,underwaterconcreteperfusiontopulloutthebarreltocheckquality.Constructionsequence:

Constructionpreparationcomprise:
selectingdrill,drill,layout.Constructionofboredpiledrillingrigisthemainequipment,accordingtothegeologicalconditionsandvariousdrillingmachineappliedtoselectconditions
(2)drillingmachineinstallationandpositioning
Istallationofdrillingmachinebasedifnotstable,easytoproduceinthedrillingmachineconstruction,pileandpileinclinedinclinedeccentricandotheradverseeffects,thereforerequirestheinstallationoffoundationstability.Ontheformationofsofter,slopingground,bebulldozed,thepadplateortiereinforcement.

Intheconstructionprocess,constructionmachinery,duetogeologicaleffects,oftencausedbypilesoil(weaklayers),thethicknessof0.2~0.5m,thickandupto1m.Especiallyinsoftsoilwithmud,drilling,holebottomsedimentisinevitable;evenaftercarefulcleaninghole,theholecleaningafterandbeforeconcrete,willprecipitatesomesediment,andindrillingprocess,widespreadpresenceontheholewallandtheholebottomsoildisturbance.Alloftheseaffectthebearingcapacityofboredpileplay.
Pilestaticloadtestshowthat,boredpileendbearingcapacityofonlytheultimateloadofthe15%~35%,thesideresistanceandtipresistanceoftheexistingsynchronizationphenomenon.Givefullplaytotheroleoflateralfrictionresistanceisonlyafewmillimetersofthedisplacementofpiletop,togivefullplaytotheroleoftipresistanceofpilediameter,neededtoreach10%-30%ofthedisplacementofpiletop.Suchalargedisplacementinengineeringisnotallowed.Pilesidefrictionresistancetodamage,andthedamagelimitisreached,andtheendresistancecannotgetsufficientplay,itspotentialisgreat.Thisistheultimatebearingcapacityofboredpileisnottocause.
Researchshowsthat,atthebottomofpilesoilexists,notonlyaffectsthetipresistanceoftheplay,alsomakethesidefrictionresistanceloss.Theexistenceofweakinterlayerofpile,thepilebodyandthesoilfrictionbetweenthenatureofthechange,thefrictionbetweenpileandsoilbyloadtransfer,isverybad.Thisistheboredpilebearingnottallbenefitisanotherreason.
