1Amotorgeneratorstatusquoathomeandabroad

Atpresent,domesticandforeignautomotivegeneratorisSiliconectifiergenerators.Theelectricitygeneratorfromamagneticfieldwinding,thefieldwindingrotoreasilydestroyed,disconnected,powerconsumption,andmustbeprovidedbytheexcitingcurrentbatteriescanpowergeneration,thiswillinevitablyincreasethecostoftheautomobile.SiliconRectifiergeneratorswithabrushlessslipringstructure,slipringdiameter,high-speed,brushlesseasytowear,shortlifeexpectancy,thehighfailurerate;otheristhebrushlessgenerators,itincreasesthemagneticfieldgap,MFL,materialutilizationlowandhighcost.Domesticagriculturalvehiclesusedbythegeneratorsismainlyferritemagnetsalternators,200Wpowerinthefollowing,notdirectlytotheagriculturalvehiclewiththeblowingrain,theplaneheater,electricspeakers,suchasDCpower,norcanthebatterycharging.

Atpresent,manydomesticandforeignresearchinstitutes,enterprisesinvestedagreatdealoffundsforpermanentmagnetmotorgeneratorDevelopmentofwork.Are:

(1)PermanentMagnetDCgenerator.OrthroughtheuseofferritematerialsandrareearthpermanentmagnetsSerieselectronicregulatorandgeneratorwindingsandstructuralre-design,generatingastableoutputvoltagedirectcurrent.

(2)hybridexcitationgenerators.Itsmainmagneticfieldprovidedbythepermanentmagnet,thefieldwindingonlyregulatemagneticfield,toovercometheSiliconRectifierbrushlessslipringgeneratorsinstalledwiththeshortcomingsofcomplexstructures,lowcostperformance.

2permanentmagnetgeneratorsmainadvantages

(1)structureissimple,reliablework.Permanentmagnetgeneratorstoavoidapowergeneratorexcitationofthefieldwinding-burning,carbonbrushanddisconnected,easytowearslip-ringproblems,improvereliability.Electronicregulatorsandasoneofthegenerators,sothatthegeneratorsofDCoutput,smallsize,lightweight,theuseofmaintenance-friendly.

(2)asingle-phasedual-half-wavecontrolledrectifiertechnology.SCRtoachievewithtwoDCoutputvoltageregulatortoreplacethesiliconrectifyingthesixgeneratorsZhengLiuguancomposedofthree-phaserectifierbridgeandregulatingtherotorexcitingcurrentsizeoftheelectronicregulator.Astheautogeneratorpower,theoutputvoltageto14V,outputcurrent,currentperPNjunctiondeclineaftera0.7V.ByQ=IUtisunderstoodthatthecurrentis,themoreheat.PNjunctionofthelargenumberoffeverisnotonlyawasteoftheeffectivepowergenerators,coolingandsolveadifficultproblem.Powergeneratoroutputinthesamecircumstances,single-phasedual-half-wavecontrolledrectifierregulatorcircuitpowerconsumption,comparablebridgerectifiercircuitoflowpowerconsumption50percent,reducetheheattoraisetheoutputpower,andthatthecircuit-Stability

Pressure,rectifierinone,greatlyreducingcosts.

(3)Morethen350Wgenerator,ahighmagneticNdFeBrareearthpermanentmagnetmaterials,efficientuseofouruniquerareearthresources,raremetalsandcoppertoreduceourdependenceonforeignimports.Thepermanentmagneticmaterialswithhighenergyproduct,thesmallersizewillbeabletoprovidelargeenoughmagneticfield,makingtheinternalstructureofcompactgenerators,smallsize,lightweight.Simplifythestructureoftherotoralsomadetoreducetherotormomentofinertia,practicalspeedincreaseoverthepower(thatis,power,volumeratio)toachieveahighervalue.750WofNdFeBpermanentmagnetgeneratorsand350Wsiliconrectifyingthequalityofagenerator.Thepermanentmagnetmaterialsalsohaveahighresidualmagnetisminductionintensityandcoerciveforce,tomagneticcurveforastraightline,almostnoirreversibledemagnetization.

(4)lessthan350Wforthegenerators,ferritemagnetsusedmaterials.Becausethismaterialisnon-REEcobalt,nickelandothermetals,lowprices.Ferritemagnetsusedforrotormaterial,generatorperformancecanalsoachievetheuseofagriculturalvehiclesrequirements.Accordingtogeneratorpoweroutputparameterscorrespondingselectpermanentmagneticmaterials,generatorscanmeetperformancere
