Abstract:
InordertomeetthemarketforavarietyofChinesecharacterprocessingneeds,drawingtheprofileoffont,intheWindowssystem,theedgerecognitiontechnologywasresearched.Thepixelsmarginaldetectionfromeightdirectionswasintroduced,BMPgraphicswaspresentedbasedontheeight-megapixelpointthedirectionoftheedgedetectionalgorithm.Theinformationofkeydatapointswasextracted.TheXYmotionsimulationplatformbasedonthestraight-lineinterpolationthroughpointbypointcomparisonwasdeveloped,thesimulationoffontpathandengravingprocesswasachieved.Theexperimentalresultsshowthattheeffectbasedonthetechnologyisideal.(6refs.)

Thesystemandengineeringlife-cycleinautomationtechnologyissupportedbyvariousCAEsystemsinthedifferentphasesanddisciplinesoftheengineeringprocess.Toreducefaultsatthesysteminterfacesandtoallowdynamicchangesduringtheengineeringprocessitisnecessarytoprovidestandardisedinterfacesforelectronicdataexchange.Thispaperdescribesthesituationintheengineeringlife-cycleofplantandmanufacturingautomationandshowsthedifficultiesresultingfromchangesinonesystemparameter.Differentactivitymodelsareintroducedandevaluated.Regardingtheevaluationresultstherequirementsofthelifecyclearedefinedandafirstapproachofalife-cyclemodelformachineryandmanufacturingautomationareintroduced(8refs.)
