Abstract:

Thispaperusedontheexteriorofourcurrenttechnologyandenergy-savinginsulationmaterialtobeaddressed.Vigorouslypromotingexternalinsulationtechnology,newenergy-savingmaterialstostrengthenthedevelopmentanduseofenergy-savingconstructionsothatreallytobeimplemented.

Theimplementationofbuildingenergyconservationandenvironmentalprotectionandenergyconservationpolicyandthemaincontentsofthenationaleconomyandimplementingsustainabledevelopmentisanimportantcomponentpart.

Insuchaseriesofenergyconservationpolicies,regulations,standardsandmandatoryprovisionsundertheguidanceofChina'senergy-savinghousingconstructionworkhasbeenconstantlydeepened,energyconservationstandardscontinuously,andtheintroductionofdevelopment,manynewenergy-savingtechnologiesandmaterials,andinresidentialbuildingstopromoteuse.However,China'scurrentlevelofbuildingenergyconservation,butalsomuchlowerthanthedevelopedcountries,China'senergyconsumptionperunitareaconstructionclimateissimilartothedevelopedcountries,threetimestofivetimes.Coldinthenorthbuildingheatingenergyconsumptionaccountsforthelocalsocietymorethan20%ofenergyconsumption,andthevastmajorityareusedinthermalpowergenerationandcoal-firedboilers,atthesametimetocauseseriousenvironmentalpollution.Therefore,theconstructionofthiscentury,China'senergy-savingconstructionisanimportanttopic.

Intheconstructionoftheexternalstructurefortheheatlosslarger,externalretainingstructureinthewallandmakeupalargeshare.Therefore,thereformandbuildingwallwallisthedevelopmentofenergy-savingtechnologiesbuildingenergy-savingtechnologyoneofthemostimportantpartoftheexternalwallinsulationtechnologyandthedevelopmentofenergy-savingconstructionmaterialsisthemainenergy-savingmode.

1.Anexternalwallinsulationtechnology

Energy-savinginsulationwallconstructiontechniquescanbedividedintoexternalwalls,insulationandExteriorInsulationtwocategories.

1.1insulationtechnologyanditsfeatures

Externalwallinsulationinconstruction,intheinternalandexternalstructuretotheinsulationlayer.Constructionofinsulationfast,convenientoperationflexibleandcanensuretheconstructionprogress.Applicationofthermalinsulationwithinalongertime,maturetechnology,constructiontechniquesandtestingstandardsarerelativelysound.In2001theexternalwallinsulationinconstruction,about90percentoftheengineeringapplications,insulationtechnology.Beenintheareatopromotetheinsulationtechnology:

Enhancedgypsumcompositepolystyreneinsulationboard,polymermortarcompositepolystyreneinsulationboard,reinforcedcementcompositepolystyreneinsulationboard,theInteriorpastepolystyreneboardcleanwallplasterandpolystyreneparticlesfloorinsulationMortarandcrackingslurrypressureNetworkHailepractice.However,theuseofthermalinsulationwillbemoreoccupiedarea,"thermalbridge"isnoeasysolution,makingiteasytocrack,butwillalsoaffecttheconstructionspeed,theseconddecorationoftheaffectedresidents,andthehoistingoftheinteriorwallsandfixedobjectscaneasilydamagetheinsulationstructure.Insulationwithinthetechnicalunreasonable,itsdecisionmustbereplacedbytheinsulation.3string

1.2,anditstechnicalcharacteristicsofinsulation

ExteriorInsulationisvigorouslypromotingtheconstructionofathermalinsulationenergy-savingtechnologies.ExteriorInsulationcomparedwiththethermalinsulation,technicalreasonable,andthereareobviousadvantagesofusingthesamespecifications,thesamesizeandperformanceofinsulationmaterials,exteriorinsulation,insulationeffectthangood.ExteriorInsulationtechnologynotonlyapplytothenewstructureworks,butalsototransformtheoldbuildings,applicabletoawiderangeofhightechnologycontent;exteriorinsulationpackageinthemainstructureoftheoutersidetoprotectthemainstructure,andextendthelifeofbuildings;effectivelyreduceThethermalstructureofthebridge,constructionofaneffectiveincreaseinspaceatthesametimeeliminatingcondensationandimprovethelivingcomfort.Materialsnet

Currentlyinsulationontheexternalwallsofrelativelymaturetechnologiesincludethefollowingtypes.

1.2.1plug-ExteriorInsulation

PlugtheinsulationmaterialROCK(ORE),cotton,glasswoolcarpets,polystyrenefoam(polystyreneboard,EPS,XPS),polyphenyleneArtificialStoneceramicdecorativeconcretecompositeinsulationpanels,steelmesh-Sandwichsuchaswallboard.Oneforpolystyreneboardhasexcellentphysicalpropertiesandcheapcost,intheworldhasbeenwithinthescopeoftheexternalwallinsulationplugtechnologyiswidelyused.

Thetechnologyisplugmortaroradhesiveisusedforthefixedpiecesofinsulationmaterialswillbeposted,peggedtotheouterwalls,thenthefloorcrackingmortar,pressedglassfiberMeshprotectivelayerformation,andthelasttododecorativesurface.

Afurtherapproachistheuseofadedicatedfixed-absorbentwillbedifficultvariousinsulationboardfixedtheouterwalls,andthenaluminium,naturalstone,stainedglass,andotherpre-productionpluginthekeel,thedirectformationofdecorativesurface.Mr.IMPeidesignedbytheBankofChinaheadofficebuilding,theinsulationisusedinthisdesign.

Thisplug-ininsulationinstallationtime-consuming,difficultconstructionandconstruction-ledoccupationperiod,themainquestioncanonlyafteracceptanceconstruction.Conductinghigh-levelconstruction,theconstructionofthesecuritypersonnelnotbeguaranteed.

1.2.2polystyreneboardwithawallcastingmolding

Thistechnologyisintheconcreteframe-polystyreneboardshearsystemwillbebuiltintothearchitecturetemplate,willbepouringinthelateralwall,andthenpouringconcrete,concretepouringandmoldingpolystyreneboardforacompositewall.Thetechnologytosolvetheplug-ininsulationofthemainissuesofitsadvantagesisobvious.Astheexternalwallsofthemaininsulationlayerwithasurvival,improveefficiency,greatlyshortentheconstructionperiod,andthesafetyofconstructionworkersbeguaranteed.Butinthewinterconstruction,theroleofpolystyreneinsulationBanqicanreducetheexternalenvelopeinsulationmeasures.Butweshouldpayattentiontopouringconcreteuniform,continuouscasting,otherwiseconcretelateralpressurecausedtheimpactpolystyreneboardintheFORMREMOVALafterdeformationandwrongstubble,impactontheconstructionsequence.Thebuilt-inpolystyreneboardwhichcanbedouble-sidedsteelmesh,itcouldbeasinglescreenofsteel.DoubleWireFabricbenzeneplateandconcreteconnections,reliesmainlyonthemedialwallandthesteelmesh-bandingandlateralreinforcementofconcreteandpolystyreneboardofbonding,thecombinationofgoodperformance,highsecurity.SingleWireFabricbenzeneplateandconcreteconnections,relymainlyontheconcreteandpolystyreneboardandthebondingChachareinforced,L,suchassteelandconcretewalloftheanchorage,withbetterperformance.Anddoublesteelmesh,comparedtoone-sidedsteelmeshtechnologywiththecancellationoftheinnersteelmeshandinstallationofinsulationboardbeforetheboardlateralplastering,savingtimeandmaterials.Itscostcanbereducedby10percent.However,thetwoapproachesareusedsteelmeshplanes,thehighercost,andthesteelishot-conductor,directheatwillbereducedwallinsulationeffect.

Weareconcreteandpolystyreneboardwithagridmoldingcompoundwallwerestudied.Theexperimentalresultsshowthat,inconcreteslurryofsuitableconditions,thedirectuseofconcreteasanadhesivetopastepolystyreneboard,itisentirelypossible.Whenwepolystyreneboardonthebackoftreatment,withconcretebondingfurtherimprove(theaveragebondstrengthcanbeachieved0.07Mpa,anddamageoccurredinpolystyreneboard).Thetechnology-steelmeshcanceleditsperformanceoftheinsulation,andonceagaincutthecostofboard.Afteritslong-termdurabilitydemonstration,theprojectcanbewidelyused.

1.2.3polystyreneinsulationslurryparticlesexternalinsulation

Willbeabandonedpolystyreneplastic(forEPS)processingbrokenintothe0.5to4mmparticle,asalightweightaggregatetothepreparationinsulationmortar.Thetechnologyincludestheinsulationlayer,theprotectivelayerandcrackingimpermeabilityofprotectionlayer(orlayerofimpermeablesurfacecrackingofthemortarin1).ZLpowderparticlesofpolystyreneinsulationmaterialsandtechnologyin1998bytheMinistryofConstructionasonthenationallaw.Thismethodisnowwidelyrecognizedwallinsulationtechnology.Theconstructiontechniqueissimpleandcanreducethelaborintensity,andimprovingworkefficiency;differenceinthequalityofthestructurefromtheimpactofthewallonthedefectiveconstructionofthewallneedrepairleveling,andthedirectuseofslurryHuabuinsulationcanavoidotherInsulationConstructionTechnologyforplasteringlevelingoffHouersheddingphenomenon.Atthesametimetheexternalwallinsulationtechnologytosolvetheengineeringharshconditionsresultingfromtheuseofeasyinterfacedebondinghollowing,surfacecracking,andotherproblemseasiertoachieveExteriorInsulationanimportantbreakthroughtechnology.Insulationandotherthings,compare
