（1）Itmustbewrittenonthebillandsignedbythedrawee.Themeresignatureofthedrawee,withoutadditionalwords,issufficient.l

（2）Itmustnotexpressthatthedraweewillperformhispromisebyanyothermeansthanthepaymentofmoney.lAcceptancemaybemadebeforesignaturebythedrawer.Itmayalsobeacceptedwhenoverdueorwhenpreviouslybynon-acceptanceornon-payment.中华外贸学习网4l2.2.5HoldersofBillsofExchangelAholderforvalueistheholderofbillforwhichvaluehasbeengiven:

（1）LiabilityofDrawerslBydrawingthebillthedrawercommitshimselftothefollowing:

la.Thatitwillbedulyacceptedorpaidonpresentment,andlb.Thatifitisdishonoredhewillcompensatetheholderoranyendorserforanylosssuffered.l
