Habits,whethergoodorbad,aregraduallyformed.Whenapersondoesacertainthingagainandagain,he'llbe obliged todoitinthesamewaybysomeunseenforce.Thushabitisformed.Onceahabitisformed,itisdifficultandsometimesalmostimpossibletogetridofit.ThereforeItis veryimportantthatweshouldtakecareinthe formation ofhabits.

习惯，不管是好是坏，都是逐渐形成的。

当一个人反复的做某件事时，他就会被某种看不见的力量驱使不得不以同样的方式再去做这件事，于是习惯就形成了。

习惯一旦形成，就很难、有时几乎不可能改掉。

因此，在养成习惯时我们都应该特别小心，这一点至关重要。

如果我们养成了坏习惯，比如：

粗野、懒惰、说谎、偷窃，我们就可能堕落。

我们应该远离坏习惯并努力养成对己对人都有好处的习惯。

幸福的家庭

Ihaveahappy family.Thoughthereisonlyalittlefurnitureinmyhomeandeverythingintheroomsseemsrather disorderly,Ilovemyhomeverymuch.

我有一个幸福的家庭。

尽管家里只有很少几件家具而且房内显得有些零乱，但我却很爱我家。

我仍然记得我第一次站在讲台上的情形，那是两年前，我被班主任安排实习，我要去乡村当教师。

当我到达学校的时候，刚开始，我不适应那里的环境，但是一周后，我适应了。

我要教学生英语，那晚，我感到很紧张，我害怕学生不听我的话。

早上，我不得不开始我的课，我的脚似乎很难移动。

当我走到讲台上，所有的学生都看着我，我觉得很紧张，然后我开始介绍自己，随着在课堂上展开课，我发现我不那么紧张了，学生也配合我，我感到越来越自信。

我在第一次上讲台上学到了很多。

昨天，我的妈妈打扫了房子，她做了大扫除，所以她搜索了房间的每一个角落，很多旧东西被翻出来，比如我很小时候就有的玩具。

但是有一样东西最让我震惊，那就是我的相册集，我的妈妈很高兴找到了它，她向是打开了相册集，我看到了不同时期的自己。

相册集记录了从我出生起的一切，我看到了父母写下的美好时刻，比如我第一次说话的日子，他们也拍下了这个时刻。

看到这些，我很感激父母，不仅仅是为了他们记录下的这些美妙的时刻，也是因为他们把我养大，他们是如此称职的父母，全心全意地养育了我。

等我长大了要回报他们。

Inafewdays,whenbothofyouhavecalmeddown,theargumentisnothingbutasmallinterlude.Sometimesyourfriendwillworkinanotherplace,ifyoutwoarelazytocontactwitheachother,friendshipiseasytoloseasthetimewentby.Maintainingfriendshipisnoteasy.

每个人一生中都需要朋友，没有人可以独自活着，他们需要朋友来分享喜怒哀乐，这样他们就能保持好的心情。

但是即使婚姻也需要长期经营，对于友谊，人们会面对各种各样的问题，谁能处理好问题谁就能维持好友谊。

当你和朋友争吵的时候，你们谁也不想退步，这时候，你需要冷静并且绅士点，缓解下紧张的氛围。

不久后，当你们都冷静下来，曾经的争吵不过是一个小插曲。

有时候你的朋友在外地工作，如果你们两个都懒得去联系彼此，友谊很容易会随着时间的流逝而失去。

维持友谊不容易。

Thefirstdayofmyhighschool,Iwastoldthatthefreshmenwouldneedtojointhemilitarytraining.Ifeltsoscared,becauseinthesummerdays,thesunwassohotandIwouldbeburnedlikeablackman.Buttherewasnowayforthefreshmantorefusetojointhemilitarytraining.Thetraininglastedforaweek,inthefirsttwodays,westoodunderthehotsun,movingaroundtheplaygroundandsong.Itwastough,butinthecomingdays,wegotusedtoitandstartedtoenjoythefreetime.Allthestudentswerelikeagroup,wetrainedtogether,wesweatedandplayed.Intheevening,wewouldsongintheplayground.NowwhenIthinkofthesedays,Iwillsmileandtreatthesemilitarytrainingdaysastheunforgettablememoryinmylife.

在我上高中的第一天，我被告知将需要参加军训。

我觉得很害怕，因为在夏天里，太阳很大，我会被晒成一个黑人。

但是对于新生来讲，他们不能拒绝参加军训。

训练维持了一周，在开始的两天里，我们站在炎热的太阳下，在操场移动并且唱歌。

虽然艰苦，但是在接下来的日子里，我们习惯了，开始享受这自由的时光。

所有的学生就像一个团体，我们一起训练，一起流汗和玩耍。

在晚上，我们会在操场上唱歌。

现在当我回想起这些日子，我会笑，把这些军训的日子当成人生中难忘的记忆。
