Constructiontechnologystandards(VIII,124)

1scopeofapplication

Thisstandardisapplicabletotheconstructionofcastinplacereinforcedconcreteretainingwallforhighway,urbanroadandbridge.

2constructionpreparation

2.1materials

2.1.1cement:

generallyusePortlandcement,ordinaryportlandcement,slagPortlandcement.Cementapproachshouldhaveproductcertificationandinspectionreport,dealwiththestrength,stabilityandotherperformanceindicatorsafterenteringthenecessarysamplingreexamination,thequalitymustbeconsistentwithcurrentnationalstandards"Portlandcementandordinaryportlandcement"GB175.Whenthereisanydoubtaboutthequalityofthecementorthecementisoutofproductionformorethanthreemonths,thereexaminationmustbeconductedbeforeuseandtheresultshallbeusedasaresultoftheretest.Differentkindsofcementshallnotbeusedincombination.

2.1.2sand:

generallyusemediumandcoarsesand.Sandvarieties,qualityshouldbeconsistentwithcurrentnationalstandard"technicalspecificationforconstructionofhighwaybridgesandculverts"JTJ041,afterenteringthecountryinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecurrentstandard"testmethodsofaggregateforHighwayEngineering"JTJ058samplingtest.

2.1.3:

weshouldusethehardstoneorpebblegravel,shouldaccordingtothedifferentsituationsoforigin,category,processingmethodsandspecifications,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandard"testmethodsofaggregateforHighwayEngineering"JTJ058batchinspection,thequalityshouldbeconsistentwithcurrentnationalstandard"highwaybridgeculvertconstructiontechnologystandard"JGJ63regulations.

2.1.4water:

suitablefordrinkingwater.Whenusingotherwatersources,thewaterqualityshouldbeinlinewiththecurrentnationalstandard"waterstandardforconcretemixing",JGJ63.

2.1.5steel:

steelshallhavequalitycertificateandtestreportform;variety,level,specificationsofsteelbarsshouldcomplywiththedesignrequirements;thereinforcedapproachshouldbeselectedtodosampletestofmechanicalproperties,thequalitymustbeconsistentwithexistingnationalstandards,"thereinforcementofconcretehotrolledroundbar"GB13013,"thereinforcementofconcretehotrolledribbedbar"GB1499and"GB13788"coldrolledribbedsteelbarsandotherprovisions.

Chemicalanalysisorotherspecialtestsshallbecarriedoutwhenthesteelbarsarefoundtobebrittle,poorinweldabilityormechanicalpropertiesareabnormal.

2.1.6weldingelectrode:

theselectedelectrodeshouldbematchedwiththereinforcedbasematerial,andtheapproachshouldhaveacertificate.

2.1.7admixture:

additivesshouldbeproductmanuals,factoryinspectionreportsandcertificateofquality,performancetestingreport,thecontentofharmfulsubstancesshouldbetestedbythecorrespondingleveloftestingissuedbythetestingdepartment.Approachshallbereexaminedbysampling,andthesuitabilityofadmixtureandcementshallbechecked.Thequalityandapplicationtechnologyoftheadmixtureshallbeinlinewiththecurrentnationalstandard"concreteadmixture",GB8076andregulationsontheapplicationofconcreteadmixtures,GB50119.

2.1.8admixture:

theadmixtureshallhavethefactorycertificateorqualitycertificateandthequalityinspectionreportprovidedbythestatutoryinspectionunit,andshallbereexaminedaftertheapproach.Thequalityoftheadmixtureshallbeinaccordancewiththecurrentrelevantstandardsofthestate,andtheamountofadmixtureshallbedeterminedbyexperiment.

2.1.9embeddedpartsspecificationandmaterialshallcomplywiththedesignrequirements.

2.2implementsandequipment

2.2.

1machinery:

concretemixer,concretepump(pumpbyusing),concretemixertruck,hoistingmachine,cuttingmachine,bendingmachine,weldingmachine,crane,dumptrucks,scales,mobilegenerator.

2.2.2tools:

steelplate,trolley,scraper,level,foot,shovel,vibratorandsoon.

2.3operatingconditions

2.3.1themainstructureofthebridgeiscompletedortheelevationofthesubgradeishigherthantheelevationofthefoundationoftheretainingwall,andthecompactnesscanmeetthedesignrequirementsbeforeconstructioncanbecarriedout.

2.3.2baseacceptanceandcompletethehiddeninspectionprocedures.

2.4technicalpreparation

2.4.1theroadandbridgedesigndrawingsshallbecheckedbeforeconstruction,andthesurveyingpersonnelshallcalculatetheretainingwallplaneandGaoChengcontrolsurveyandconstructionsurveyaccordingtotheconstructionlineandtheGaoChengcontrolpointoftheroad,thebridgeconstructionlineandthecontrolpoint.

2.4.2completebreakdownofcommencementreport,concretetest,materialinspectionandexaminationandapprovalproceduresandrequirementsoftheowners,supervisionoftechnicaldocuments.

2.4.3preparationofconcreteretainingwallconstructionprogramhasbeenapproved,andrelatedpersonnelsafetytechnicaldisclosure.

3.2operationmethod

3.2.1measuringandlayingout:

accordingtoconstructiondrawingsandcoordinatepoints,releasetheretainingwallcenterline,thebasicplanepositionlineandverticalheightline,anddotheplaneandelevationcontrolpoints.

Constructionof3.2.2cushion

Thestrengthofthe3.2.2.1cushionconcreteshallcomplywiththedesignrequirements.

Whenthebottomofthe3.2.2.2cushionisnotatthesameelevation,theconstructionshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththefirstdeepandtheshalloworder.

Afterthecompletionoftheconstructionof3.2.2.3cushion,thedesignelevationshallbechecked,andtheaxisofthewall,thedimensiondimensionlineandthereinforcingbarcontrollineshallbeejectedaccordingtothedesigndrawingsandthemiddlelineoftheretainingwall.

Fabricationandinstallationof3.2.3basereinforcement

3.2.3.1shallbesubjecttoreexamination,verification,samplingandinspectionofthesteelinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisions,andmaybeusedafterqualification.

3.2.3.2reinforcementshallbestoredaccordingtovarietyspecification,batchnumberandclassification,andshallnotbemixed.Thereareseriouscorrosion,hemppit,split,sand,interlayer,oilandotherreinforcementmaynotbeused.

3.2.3.3thereinforcementshouldbecleanedbeforebinding,andthemainribsandthespacingofthetendonsshouldbedrawnwithchalkonthecushion.Accordingtothefirstrowspacing,placedreinforcement,reinforcementdistribution.Embeddedpartsandpreformedholeshouldbecombinedwiththeinstallationetc..

3.2.3.4bindingsteelbarusuallywiththebuckleoreightbutton,exceptfortheoutertwotendonsintersectionpointshouldbealltiedoutside,andtheotherpointscanbestaggeredbinding.

3.2.3.5inthesteelandtemplatepadcushionblock,spacingisnotgreaterthan1.5m,theprotectivelayerthicknessshouldcomplywiththedesignrequirements.

The3.2.3.6cushionblockisusuallymadeofcementmortar,andthethicknessofthecushionblockshouldbethesameasthethicknessoftheprotectivelayer.Theembeddedfirewireisembeddedinthecushionblockortheplasticcardisusedtoguaranteethethicknessoftheprotectivelayer.

3.2.3.7steelconnectionsshallbeweldedormechanicallyconnected.

3.2.3.8inbindingdoublelayersteelwiremesh,shouldsetenoughstrengthofsupportfeet,inordertoensuretheaccuratepositioningofsteelmesh.Stableandfirm,notlooseordeformedwhenpouringconcrete.

9moldingsteelwelding,norust,greasebeforewelding;weldshallnotundercut,crack,slag,theskinshouldbecleanedup.

3.2.4foundationformwork

The3.2.4.1formworkshallhaveenoughstrength,stiffnessandstabilitytowithstandtheimpactofconcreteandthelateralpressureofconcrete.

3.2.4.2formworkshallensuretheshape,sizeandpositionoftheretainingwallaccurately,andbeeasytodisassemble.Thejointoftheformworkshallbetightandshallnotleakorstaggertheplatform.

3.2.4.3moldreleaseagentshouldbepaintedevenly,shallnotpollutethesteelbar.

The3.2.4.4axis,thetemplatelineiscompleted,shouldbedealtwithprescreeningprocedures.

3.2.4.5templateafterinstallation,shouldcheckthereservedholeandembedmentposition,meetthedesignrequirements,canbecarriedoutunderthestep.

Whenthe3.2.4.6formworkissupported,themouthofthetemplateshouldbehorizontalsupportfirstandthenbefixedbydiagonalbrace.

3.2.5pouringfoundationconcrete

3.2.5.1theconcreteshallbecheckedandacceptedbeforetheconcreteispoured.Templateinstallationisfirm,smooth,tightgap,debrisshouldbecleared,excludingthewater,andgothroughtheprescreeningprocedures.

3.2.5.2concretemixshallcomplywiththedesignstrengthrequirements.

3.2.5.3concretepouring,freefallisgenerallynotgreaterthan2m,whenlargerthan2m,theuseofpipeorchutetransport.

3.2.5.4castinplacegravityreinforcedconcreteretainingwallsshallbedeterminedaccordingtotheconcreteformandsizeofretainingwalls.Whenthefoundationandwallarearrangedinstages,thefollowingrequirementsshallbemet:

(1)thefoundationconcretestrengthabove2.5MPacansupportpartnerwallwalltemplate.

(2)thefoundationconcreteshallbelaidinthefoundationforsupportingandlocatingth
