3.Signedattestedinvoicecombinedwithcertificateoforiginandvaluein6copiesasreuiredforimportsintoNigeria.以签署的，连同产地证明和物资价值的，输入尼日利亚的联合发票一式六份

importer（openers,accountee）洁净已装船的提单空白抬头并空白背书，注明“运费付讫”，通知进口人（开证人）
