1.0introduction

PESTanalysisofoverallenvironmentalfactorscombinedwitheachotheraswellaswithexternalopportunitiesandthreatscanbesummarizedinaSWOTanalysis.PESTandSWOTcanbeusedasabasisforanalysisofenterpriseandtheenvironment.

ThepurposeofthisreportistousethesetwotoolstoanalysetheAlphabetGames,andtoexplaintheorganizationalcultureoftheAlphabetGames.Whileanalysingtherelationshipbetweenorganizationalcultureandbehavior,andonthemanagementofthecompanymadeanumberofrecommendations.

Afirmgainsacompetitiveadvantagebyperformingtheseactivitiesbetteroratlowercostthancompetitors.Managersneedtothinkabouttheroleofsuchactivities.Theorganisationissplitinto‘primary’activitiesand‘support’activities.Primaryactivitiescompriseinboundlogistics,operations,outboundlogistics,marketingandsales,andservice.Supportactivitiescompriseprocurement,technologydevelopment,humanresourcemanagementandinfrastructure.[3]

ASWOTanalysisissubjectivesanditcan’tbetheonlytoolstoevaluatetheenvironment.ManagersoftenanalysisSWOTstraightlywithoutusingothertools.Soseniormanagersshouldbecombinedwithothertoolstoevaluatetogether,suchasPESTELandvaluechainanalysistostructuretheirthinking.

Seniormanagementcanbetterunderstandthemalongthevaluechain.Opportunitiesandthreatsareexternalfactors.WithSWOTanalysisandpestanalysiscanbeusedtogaininsightintoworkinginthelettersintheOrganization'

Therearebothbroadandnarrowunderstandingofcorporateculture.Broadlyspeaking,corporatecultureisculture-asubsystemofsociety,isakindofsubculture.Referstoenterprisesinthestart-upanddevelopmentofcorporatecultureintheprocessofformationofcommonvalues,businessgoals,codeofconduct,managementsystem,thesumoftheexternalform.Fromthenarrowsense,corporateculturereflectingthehighestlevelofpeople-orientedmanagementtheory.Especiallyinlong-termbusinessactivityintheformationofenterpriseorganizationandvoluntarycomplianceforallmembersandcarriesoutbusinesspurposes,thesumofvaluesandethics
