Transportandassembly运输和组装

∙Alltransportinstructionsinthismanualreferexclusivelytothetransportofthemachineryintheplantarea.在本手册中的运输说明仅限于在车间安装场地内的设备运输。

∙Useonlysuitablehoistingandliftingequipment,whichisinserviceableorderandhasasufficientloadbearingcapacity.使用合适的起重和提升设备，并具有足够大的承载能力。

∙Neverworkunderasuspendedload.严禁在吊装物下面工作。

Operation

∙Anysafetychecksbeforeorduringoperationdependontherelevantnationalregulations.Theoperatorisresponsiblefortheperformanceandrecordingofsuchchecks.按国家法规，在生产前和生产中进行安全检查，管理人员负责这些检查的实施和技术备案。

∙Ifchangesinthemachineoritsoperatingbehaviourrelevanttosafetyoccur,themachinemustbeimmediatelystopped.如果出现设备安全事故或出现违章操作行为，立即停机。

Maintenance维护

∙Ensurethatallmachinesandmotorswhoseoperationmightendangerpersonsorequipmentareswitchedoff,isolatedandsafeguardedagainstrestartingfortheentiredurationofthemaintenancework.在设备的维修期间，确信所有可能伤人或损坏设备的电机和机器是在关机，隔离和被防护状态。

∙Theouterleverswiththeslidingweightsswingfreelyduringoperation.Therefore,accesstotheflapvalveisprohibitedtoallnon–operatingpersonnelorpersonsnotfamiliarwiththeequipment.在操作中带配重滑块的杠杆能自由摆动。

因此，非操作人员或不熟悉该设备的人员不要靠近。

∙Beforeperforminganyworkonthemachinemakesurethatthereisnoburninghazard.在任何设备作业前，确信无燃烧危险

∙Keepthemachinefreeofoilyandexplosivematters.Neverusebenzineorotherflammablesubstancesforcleaningthemachine.防止设备接触油性和易爆物质，不要用苯和其它易燃物质清洗设备。

∙De–energizetheelectricalpartsbeforestartinganymaintenancework.维修前使电气部件断点电

∙Strictlyobservetheweldinginstructionswhenperforminganyweldingwork.焊接作业一定要严格遵守焊接作业要求

∙Ifelectricalweldingisexecutedonanypartwithinthemachine,theweldingcurrentmustneverbeconductedthroughslidingoranti–frictionbearings,othermoveableconnectionsormeasuringequipment.Returnleadweldingcurrentmustalwaysbeconnectedclosetothepointofweldinganddirectlyconnectedtothepartbeingwelded.对设备任何部件的电焊作业，都不应使焊接电流通过设备的滑动或耐磨轴承、活动连接件、以及测量元件。

电焊地线电流必须接到靠近电焊点或直接接到电焊部件上。

∙Allsafeguardshavetobere–installedandallinspectionflapsandmaintenancehatchesmustbeproperlyclosedwhenmaintenanceworkhasbeenterminated.当维修结束时，所有防护栏应重新装好，检测盖板和维修人孔应关紧

3Componentsanddescriptionoffunctionning

Theflapvalvesareusedasairseals,simultaneouslythereisabrakingeffectontheflowofmaterial.Thefeedmaterialmustbedryandfree–flowing.

3.1Components部件

Theflapvalveconsists,amongotherthings,ofthefollowing:

Flapvalvesaredischargedevicesforavaryingmassflowwithsimultaneousshutting–offofair.

Theflapblade

（2）isopenedbytheflowofmaterial.Theforceofthematerialflowandtheweightoftheslidingweight（3）keeptheflapinbalance.

翻板阀是一种适用于不同物料流的卸料装置，同时具备气封的功能。

翻板

（2）被料流打开，物料的重力和阀板杠杆上滑块（3）的重量保持平衡。

4Transportandassembly运输和组装

4.1Transportandstorageinstructions运输和储存要求

Theflapvalveissuppliedinafully–assembledcondition.翻板阀是组装后交货。

Theslidingweight（3）istightlyfastenedsothattheflapisnotknockedduringtransportation.配重滑块（3）被固紧，翻板在运输途中不会摆动。

必须注意使用合适的起重机从运输车上卸下来并运送到储存地点。

Itmustbeobservedthatsuitableliftingequipmentisemployedinremovingthepartsfromthetransportvehiclesandtransferringthemtothestoragearea.

Whentheyarriveatthesite,allpartsmustbeinspectedfortransportdamageandplacedonwoodenbeamswiththeprovisionofsuitableprotectionagainstrain,contaminationanddamage.Thepartsmustnotbestoreddirectlyontheground.

运抵安装现场时，应检查所有部件是否有运输损坏，并将其放置在垫木上，且应采取适当的保护措施，以防雨淋、沾污和损坏。

在任何情况下，均不得将其直接置于地面上。

4.2Assembly组装

Theready–assembledflapvalveismountedintothesystemaccordingtothelayoutdrawing.Whenboltingtheflangesoftheflapvalvetootherunitsandchutes,caremustbetakentoensurethattheflangesarenotsubjectedtostresses.组装好的翻板阀必须按工艺布置图要求安装到系统中。

当阀的发兰用螺栓联结其它设备和料槽上，必须小心使发兰免受应力作用。

Bolts,nuts,discsandsealsaretobeprovidedbytheclient.Assealstobeusedwerecommendasbestos–freeITplatesaccordingtoDIN3754,approx.3mmthick.发兰间连接的螺丝、螺母、垫片及密封材料由用户提供。

所用的密封材料，我们建议用3mm厚的非石棉IT板（根据DIN3754标准）。

Theflapvalvemustbealignedinsuchawaythattheshaftoftheflapismountedhorizontally.（SeeFigure1insectionComponentsanddescriptionoffunctioning.）

Theslidingweight（3）mustbepositionedsothattheflapblade

（2）liesontheinternalstopandsothattheforcekeepingitclosedcanbeovercome.翻板阀安装调整必须使翻板的轴处于水平（见部件和功能说明图1）配重滑块（3）必须调节到位置使翻板

（2）停于内部的停止位，并使它在物料作用下能打开。

CAUTION警告

Ifelectricalweldingiscarriedoutinanyplaceofthemachine,weldingcurrentmustneverbeconductedthroughplainbearingsandantifrictionbearings,othermoveableconnectionsormeasuringequipmenttopreventdamagetosuchparts.

如果对设备任何一个部件进行电焊，为了防止对这些敏感部件造成损坏，电焊电流绝对不能通过减速机的滑动或滚动轴承、其它活动件、联接件及测量元件。

Returnlead（ofweldingcurrent）mustalwaysbedirectlyconnectedtothepartbeingwelded.

将焊接电流回路与焊接部件直接连接。

5Lubrication润滑

NOTE注意

ThePOLYSIUStableoflubricantswiththelubricantreferencenumbersiscontainedinthesupplementImportantnotesonthedocumentation.Eachlubricanthasaclearreferencenumbertowhichthelubricationinstructionsinthissectionrelate.ThetablegivesacompletelistofthesuppliersandproductspermittedbyPOLYSIUS 

AG.在文件的重要提示附件中提供了POLYSIUS润滑表，每种润滑油都有相应的参考编号，附加的文件在本册和总文件中的开始部分均能找到，与这部分有关的每一种润滑油都有一个清楚的编号。

润滑油表列出了经KRUPPPOLYSIUSAG认可的全部油品及油品供货商。

6Preparationforthetestrun试运行准备

6.1Checkspriortothetestrun试运行前的检查

Aftercompletionoftheassemblyworkandpriortothefirsttestrun,checkallpartsoftheplantaccordingtothelistbelow.Takeparticularcarethatallmaterialremnants,toolsandassemblyaidsareremoved.

组装完毕试运行前，按下顺序检查设备的所有部件。

特别注意清理安装的遗留物，工具及其它东西。

连接发兰的螺栓是否紧到气封状态？

6.2Settingandadjustment设定和调整

Aftermountingtheopeningandclosingactionoftheflapblademustbecheckedforsmoothoperation.Theflapvalveisthentobeobservedunderoperatingconditionsandtobesetbyshiftingtheslidingweights.

Whenclosed,theflapblademustcompletelysitcloseontheinsertsothatanair–sealingeffectisreached.

装配完毕，翻板阀必须检查开启和关闭是否运作自如。

然后翻板阀置于操作条件下设定和调整滑动配重。

当翻板关闭时，阀板和阀门插口必须完全密合，从而达到气封的效果。
