工艺鉴定要求
1.1.总则
生产者的工艺设备、工艺流程、质量保证措施应在其主要的工艺文件中加以说明。
生产者的工艺质量必须满足第1节的要求
1.2.设计要求
在华为技术有限公司产品上所应用的磷化工艺必须是锌系磷化;
生产者应保持并遵守经华为技术有限公司正式批准的工艺和检验文件。
1.3.鉴定程序
被鉴定的工厂必须完成以下全部试验工作,这些实验必须在零件批生产所用的条件下完成:
试片加工(注1)
表面加工(注2)
试片检查及测试
提供试验报告(注3)及试片给华为技术有限公司以便复试

试片可由华为技术有限公司完成并提供给被鉴定工厂。

所有试片必须同时进行处理。

1.4.试验及试片要求
1.4.1.试片要求

根据生产的产品要求选择后处理喷漆或喷粉(注意喷涂必须在磷化完成后24小时以内进行)
1.4.2.试验项目及试片数量
下表给出了工艺鉴定所需的试验项目和试片数量要求:

1.5.试验方法及质量指标:
1.5.1.外观
1)所有试片应进行外观检查。
2)磷化膜颜色应是浅灰色至深灰色。
3)膜层必须连续、均匀、结晶细致;
无疏松膜、严重挂灰、划伤、白点、手印和锈斑等缺陷。
1.5.2.膜层厚度
1)在三块试片上按ISO2178测量磷化膜厚度。
2)每一试片上测取十个值计算平均厚度,所有试片上的平均膜厚都必须≥3μm。
1.5.3.耐蚀性
1)将三块试片按IEC60068-2-11进行中性盐雾试验。
2)试验2小时后检查,在每一试片的表面上不能出现腐蚀点。
1.5.4.漆层(或粉末涂层)附着力
1)在三块已喷涂好的试片上按ISO2409进行附着力检测。
2)要求所有试片上涂层与基体之间的附着力都达到100%。
1.6.鉴定状态的保持
经华为技术有限公司鉴定的工艺,在未得到华为同意之前,不能改变任何可能影响性能质量的工艺参数,否则将进行重新鉴定。
2.批生产零件质量检验要求
2.1.工艺要求
1)喷涂前的磷化工艺必须是锌系磷化。
2)磷化后至喷涂的时间间隔不能大于24小时;
若超过24小时,应重新磷化处理。
3)磷化后待喷漆(或粉)的零件必须保持清洁、干燥,严禁赤手触摸。
2.2.磷化膜层质量要求
2.2.1.外观
所有工件应进行外观检查。
磷化膜颜色应是浅灰色至深灰色。
膜层必须连续、均匀、结晶细致;
磷化后的工件允许有轻微的水印、擦白及挂灰;
允许在焊缝的气孔和夹渣处无磷化膜;
允许由于局部热处理、焊接、以及表面加工状态不同而造成的颜色和结晶不均匀。
2.2.2.膜层厚度
在工件上按GB4956测量磷化膜厚度,要求其平均膜厚为2~3μm。
对预镀锌钢板不要求膜厚检测。
2.2.3.耐蚀性
耐蚀性检查按IEC60068-2-11在试片上进行中性盐雾试验。
至少每天检查一次,每次三个试片(试片要求见1.4.1节)或工件。
试验2小时后检查,在每一试片的表面上不能出现腐蚀点。

CarryouttheneutralsaltspraytestonthreetestspecimensasperIEC60068-2-11.
Check2hourslaterthatnocorrosionspotsexistonthesurfaceotherthanmarginsofeachtestspecimen.

CarryouttheadhesiontestonthreecoatedtestspecimensasperISO2409.
Itisrequiredthattheadhesionbetweenthecoatingandthebasebodyreaches100%onallthetestspecimens.
13MaintainingQualification
NoparameteroftheprocessqualificationbyHuaweiTechnologiesthatmayaffectproductperformancequalityissubjecttomodificationpriortotheapprovalofthedesignandqualitycontroldepartmentsofHuaweiTechnologies.Otherwise,suchprocessmustbere-qualification.

15ProcessRequirements
Thephosphatingprocessbeforespraycoatingmustbezinc-typephosphatingprocess.
Thetimeintervalbetweenphosphatingandspraycoatingcannotbelongerthan24hours;
inthecaseofanintervallongerthan24hour,newphosphatingshouldbemade.
Thephosphatizedpartsmustbekeptcleananddrybeforespraypaintingorpowderspraycoating,anditisstrictlyforbiddentotouchsuchpartswithbarehand.

Allpartsshouldgothroughvisualexamination.
Thephosphatecoatshouldbeinthelightgraytodarkgraycolor.
Thephosphatizedpartsareallowedtohaveslightwatermarks,frictionmarksandlooseash.PhosphatecoatabsenceisallowedatgasholesorweldingslagInhomogeneityofcolororcrystallizationduetolocalheattreatment,weldingandsurfacetreatmentisallowed.

MeasurethethicknessofthetestspecimensasperISO2178.Itisrequiredthattheaveragethicknessisleast2to3μm.
19CorrosionResistance
CarryouttheneutralsaltspraytestontestspecimensasperIEC60068-2-11.
Carryoutanexaminationatleastoneeverythreemonths,andthreetestspecimensmustbecheckedeachtime(forthetestspecimenrequirementseeSection4.4.1).Check2hourslaterthatnocorrosionspotsexistonthesurfaceotherthanmarginsofeachtestspecimen.
