Theclaimsdefiningtheinventionareasfollows:

1.Asolidglyphosateformulationcomprisingglyphosateacidandfurthercomprisingatleastoneagriculturallyacceptablesaltofglyphosate,whereintheglyphosateacidandtheatleastoneglyphosatesaltareinadmixtureandwhereinthemoleratioofglyphosateacidtototalglyphosatemoietiesintheformulationisatleast10%andlessthan50%;

whereintheamountofglyphosateintheformulationcalculatedonanacidequivalentbasisisatleast600g/kg;

and,whereinwhen1gofsaidsolidglyphosateformulationismixedwith100gof1WHOhardwaterandpassedthrougha75micronsieve,lessthan0.02gofresidue（2%）isretainedonthesieve. 

2.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim1whereinthemoleratioofglyphosateacidtototalglyphosatemoietiesislessthan40%. 

3.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim1,whereinthemoleratioofglyphosateacidtototalglyphosatemoietiesislessthan30%. 

4.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim1,whereintheformulationconsistsofgranules. 

5.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim4whereinthegranulesareintherangeoffrom0.5mmto3mminlength. 

6.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim1,whereintheformulationconsistsofapowder.

15.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim13whereintheamountofglyphosateintheformulationcalculatedonanacidequivalentbasisisatleast730g/kg. 

16.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim13wherein（a）theatleastoneglyphosatesaltcomprisesmonoammoniumglyphosate;

（b）thesolidformulationisafullyformulatedgranule;

and（c）theamountofglyphosateintheformulationcalculatedonanacidequivalentbasisisatleast730g/kg.

25.Thesolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim1,whereinadding1%glyphosateacidequivalentofthesolidglyphosateformulationtodistilledwaterprovidesafinalpHintherange1.5-3.7. 

26.Amethodofremovingunwantedfoliagecomprisingadministeringadilutedformofasolidglyphosateformulationaccordingtoclaim1tosaidfoliage. 

27.Amethodofpreparingasolidglyphosateformulationcomprisingglyphosateacidandpotassiumglyphosatewhereinthemoleratioofglyphosateacidtototalglyphosatemoietiesintheformulationisatleast10%andlessthan50%,whereintheamountofglyphosateintheformulationcalculatedonanacidequivalentbasisisatleast600g/kg,and,whereinwhen1gofsaidsolidglyphosateformulationismixedwith100gof1WHOhardwaterandpassedthrougha75micronsieve,lessthan0.02gofresidue（2%）isretainedonthesieve,saidmethodcomprisingpartiallyneutralisingtheglyphosateacidwithpotassiumhydroxide. 

28.Amethodaccordingtoclaim26,whereinsaidglyphosateacidisintheformofglyphosate85%wetcake.
