goodmorning,ladiesandgentlemen.atpresent,myfellowstudentsandihavebeforeusgreatpersonalandeducationalopportunities.atthesametime,wearerunningintoavarietyofchallenges.
today’scollegeeducationprovidesuswithopportunitiesforbringingoutthecreativityandtalentthatwehavewithinus.thisisnurturedbothbyourlearnedprofessors,andbythegrowingdimensionofknowledgesources,suchastheworldwidewebandmultimediasources.oureducationalexperienceisbeingtransformedbothwithinandbeyondthetraditionalclassroom.however,challengesstillexist.
attheendofeverysemester,studentsinmyuniversityarerequiredtofilloutaquestionnaireasareviewoftheprevioussemester.thequestionsusuallycoverabroadrangeofcollegelife,fromcurriculumadjustmenttocanteenservice.andalmosteverytime,thequestionnaireincludesoneessentialquestion,thatis:
asacollegestudent,whatareyourmajorchallenges?
andalmosteveryanswerincludestwoaspects:
studyingandprofessional.thesetwochallengeswillremainourpreoccupationsaslongasweliveinsuchacompetitiveworld.

recently,thisliberaleducationprojecthasattractedgreatattentionalloverchina.somepeoplebelievetheprojectwillbenefitthestudentsinvolvedgreatly.however,othersraisetheireyebrowsbecausetheyfearthatthestudentswillloseoutinthejobmarket.inmyopinion,thisprojectshouldberegardedasablessingratherthanacurse.therearetowargumentsiwouldliketomaketosupportmypointofview.
