Moderncarsareafartougherproposition,astheirenginemanagementcomputerwillnot12allowthemtostartunlesstheyreceiveauniqueIDcodebeamedoutbytheignitionkey.IntheUK,technologieslikethis13havehelpedachievea31percentdropinvehicle-relatedcrimesince1997.
