Teachersshouldnotonlyteach,butalsotoeducatepeople,withtheirexemplaryconducttoeducateandinfluencestudentstobecomeamodelstudent.Teacherswhatthestudentsbringintoaperson,andthattheyshouldbethefirstsuchpeople,tobecomeamodelstudent;mustfirsteducation,practiceself-explanatory.Inthemindsofstudents,teachers,representativesofwisdom,isthenoblecharacteroftheIncarnation.Teacher'swordsanddeedsismoralstandards.Meanwhile,theyoungstudentsbutalsohas"thedivisionofthe"strong,plasticitycharacteristics,theytendtoteachers'wordsandactshaveturnedintotheirownlearningcontent,exampletobefollowed.Accordingly,
