Powersupply
Beforebeginninganymaintenanceorrepairworktheoperatormust
disconnectthepowersupplytoalldrivessecurely.Thiscanbeachieved
withamaintenanceswitch,lockableracksintheMCC,orwithother
suitablemeasuresthatcomplywiththesafetyregulations.

3.3Regularmaintenance
Maintenanceintervals
Formachinesoperatingcontinuously（24hours/day,7days/week）,a
prescheduledmaintenanceperiodisrecommendedeverytwoweeks.
Duringtheseperiodsthemachineshouldbeshutdown,thoroughly
cleaned,andcheckedforwear.
Machinesoperatinglessthan24hoursadayshouldundergothese
routinechecksandbecleanedateachshutdown.
3.3定期保养
维护日程
连续运行的设备（24小时/天或7天/周），推荐维护期为每两周一次。
在这些维护期内设备将被完全停止，彻底清洁和检查磨损。
间歇运转的设备，一天少于24小时的设备，在维护期应被例行检查和清洁。

•Allpartsoftheheadboxmustbecleanedandmaintainedcarefullyand
thoroughly!
•Implementprotectionmeasuresforthebottomlipandthesliceblade
whenworkinginthevicinityofthenozzlechamberandthebreastroll!
彻底的维修才能保证好的纸张质量
任何损坏或刮伤，例如当清洁下唇板和刀片时的引起的意外擦伤，将使成纸的质量下降，这时下唇板和刀片可能必须更换，才能保证成纸质量。
因此，请遵守下列各项
1.流浆箱的所有部件必须被小心且彻底地清洁和维护！
2.测量工具在下唇板和刀片靠近堰池和胸辊的时候起到保护。

3.4.2通过上浆系统对布浆器进行清洁
准备
在清洁布浆器前要等它冷却后再进行，以免引起它的变形或损坏。
用清水或化学药品进行清洁
当清洁时根据下表进行

化学药品的使用不当会引起危害！
化学药品可能会刺激和灼伤皮肤。
必须穿防护服，化学药品供应商提供的安全规章必须遵守。

wallsaresprayedevenlyandinsuchawaythatthereisnottoomuch
foamformationonthesurfaceofthesuspension.
•Thecleaningdevicefortheinspectionglassesshouldonlybeleft
runninguntiltheinspectionglassesareclean.
Flushingoutduringmachineshutdown
Proceedasfollowswhencleaningthevibrationabsorberandthe
absorberperforatedplate:
Pressurebuild-up!
Mortaldanger!
Donotopenthemanholeandthecoverforcleaningpurposesuntil
thevibrationabsorberisnolongerunderpressure!
3.4．3清洁脉冲减震器
运行时的清洗
内壁和检查口的清洁指导：
要保证循环系统在内壁形成的泡沫不能过多，否则就关闭循环系统的喷嘴。
检查孔的清洁装置只能是左旋的直到检查孔被清洁为止。
停机中的清洁
当清洁脉冲减震器和多孔板时要按以下步骤进行。

在脉冲减震器的内部压力没有降下来以前禁止打开设备和进行清
洁工作
打开进浆管底部卸料阀门
关闭所有压缩空气管道进气阀门
关闭下列各项清洁水管道阀门
关闭循环水管

减震器内部压强降到和周围环境压强相同为止
打开减震器检查孔（4）打开弯管的冲洗口（6）
用清水冲洗减震器内部和多孔板

headsofthesescrewsandboltsaremarkedtoshowthestrengthclass.
Damagedorlostfastenersshouldonlybereplacedwithfastenersofthesamematerial.
3.6紧固
螺栓、螺钉材料
螺栓和螺钉在制造是被使用几个不同等级的材料，螺栓螺钉的头部被标上不同的强度等级。
损坏和丧失紧固能力的螺栓螺钉只能用同等材料的螺栓螺钉代替。
