预处理开机标准操作规程ReparationStartingSOP

2.开始前设备运转调试Equipmentdebuggingoperationbeforestarting
2.1启动电脑,检查电脑程序是否正常
Turnoncomputerandinspectwhetherthecomputerprocedureisnormal.
2.2分别用电脑和现场开关逐个启动设备,检查设备运转是否正常
Switchonequipmentindividuallywithcomputerandlocalswitchrespectivelyandinspectwhetherequipmentisnormal.
2.3检查压缩空气压力是否正常
Inspectwhetherpressureofcompressedairisnormal.
2.4检查大豆计量称显示是否正常,并校准,确定计量准确后方可开机
Inspectwhetherthedisplayofsoybeanscalesisnormal.Calibrateitbeforestarting.
3.设备预热PreheatingEquipment
3.1预热大豆调质塔,蒸汽压力不得超过0.2MP。
Preheatsoybeanconditionerandensurethesteampressurelessthan0.2Mpa.
3.2预热膨化机,预热时蒸汽压力不得超过0.5MPa,并每隔5分钟,启动一次膨化机。
Preheatexpanderandensurethesteampressurelessthan0.5Mpa.Startexpander5minutesonetime.
3.3开启大豆调质塔和预处理蒸汽冷凝水泵,并与锅炉沟通,检查冷凝水是否已经进入锅炉。
Startingsoybeanconditionerandsteamcondensatepumpinpreparationworkshop.Inspectwhetherthecondensatewatergointoboilerbycommunicatingwithboiler.
4.数据记录Datarecording
4.1记录开机前蒸汽流量计(浸出、预处理、调质塔)原始数据
Recordtheoriginaldataofsteamflowmeter(extraction,preparationandconditioner)beforestarting.
4.2记录大豆计量称原始数据,如果大豆计量称数据应达到99888吨时,进行清零,防止由于数字超过9位时电脑无法显示数据
Recordoriginaldataofsoybeanscales.Resetwhenupto99888T.
4.3记录电表原始数据(浸出、预处理、调质塔、脱皮、清理间等)
Recordoriginaldataofelectricitymeter(extraction,preparation,dehullandsoon).
5.开机Starting
5.1启动仓下设备,向大豆调质塔进料,至第一个指示灯亮,停止仓下设备。
Startequipmentundersilosfeedingtoconditioneruntilthefirstindicator.
5.2开启大豆调质塔循环刮板和提升机,对大豆进行预热,温度在60—65℃;
在预热至50℃左右时,与浸出车间沟通,看浸出车间设备预热是否正常,如果正常,继续预热,如果不正常,则停止预热,等到浸出车间正常后再行预热。
Startloopscraperandhoisterofconditioner.Preheatsoybeanto60—65℃.When50℃,inspectwhethertheextractionequipmentpreheatingisnormalbycommunicatingwithextraction.Ifnormal,goon.Ifno,stoppreheatinguntilnormal.
5.3当浸出车间预热完毕后,通知预处理车间开机。
Preparationworkshopdoesn’tstartuntilextractionworkshopfinishpreheating.
5.4按照设备顺序开启磁选器、破碎机、脱皮系统、豆皮粉碎机、豆皮输送系统、压胚机、膨化机等。
Inequipmentorder,startmagneticselector,cracker,dehullingsystem,hullgrinder,transportationsystemofhulls,flaker,andexpanderandsoon.
5.5当膨化料冷干机放料或膨化机短路刮板胚片进入入浸刮板时,通知浸出车间开启入浸刮板。
Startscraperflowingtoextractorwhenflakeflowtoscraper.
5.6当单溜设备运转正常后,逐步开启另外一流设备;
并逐步加大产量至每小时67-68.5吨左右。
Whenone-lineproductionisnormal,starttheotherlineandthenstepupproductionto67-68.5Tperhour.
5.7当单溜设备运转正常后,逐步开启另外一流设备;
浸出车间开机标准操作规程ExtractionStartingSOP
1.开机前安全检查SOP:
Securityinspectionbeforestarting
1.1检查循环水池水位,标准:
水位超过循环泵吸口。
Inspectthewaterlevelofcirculatingpoolandthestandardisthatthewaterlevelisoversuctionofcirculatingpump.
1.2检查水封池水位,标准:
水池装满水。
Inspectthelevelofwatersealtankandthestandardisthatthetankisfullwithwater.
1.3检查废水蒸煮罐水位,标准:
达到溢流口。
Inspectthewaterlevelofwaste-waterboilingtankandthestandardisthatthetankjustmeetstheoverflow.
1.4检查分水箱水溶液面位置,标准:
分水室水溶液面高度不低于30CM(分水室最上液位计液位显示)。
Inspectthesolventlevelofsolvent-waterseparatorandthestandardisthatthewaterlevelislessthan30CMwhichisdisplayedbyliquidindicator.
1.5石蜡油在吸收塔和解析塔的液位正常,标准:
液位在液位计的三分之二处。
Inspectwhetherthelevelofparaffinisnormalandthestandardisthatthelevelisabouttwo-thirdsofliquidindicator.
1.6设备料封是否足够,标准:
A入浸绞龙上方流管和入浸天桥刮板头轮至防爆墙处封满;
B蒸脱机E109B中间绞龙封闭段有料封;
C出粕刮板上方流管有足够的料封。
Inspectwhetherthematerialsealingisenough.Thefirststandardisthattheflowpipeoftheconveyorflowingtoextractorandthechainwheelofbulkflowingtoextractoraresealedtoblastwallfully.ThesecondstandardisthatthemiddleconveyorofDTDCissealed.Thethirdstandardisthattheflowpipeofmealoutputtingscraperissealed.
1.7检查浸出车间溶剂气体报警仪,标准:
正常状态。
Inspectwhetherthesolventgasalarmingdeviceinextractionisnormal.
1.8检查车间消防器材,标准:
消防器材齐全、无缺失。
Ensurefireequipmentallinready.
1.9检查配电柜,检查变频器情况。
Inspectpowerdistributionandtherunningstatusoffrequencyconveyer.
2.开机前设备检查SOP:
Equipmentinspectionbeforestarting
2.1检查各泵是否漏溶、漏油、漏水,标准:
无任何泄漏
Inspectwhetherallthepumpsareleakage.
2.2检查各输送设备减速机油位、传动链条、安全护罩,标准:
油位正常、链条无损伤表面有润滑油、护罩紧固。
Inspectallfuellevel,transmissionchain,securityguardofreducer.
2.3DTDC蒸脱机内部检查、人孔封闭检查,标准:
内部无异物、人孔封闭无泄漏。
InspecttheinternalpartofDTDCandensurethemanholeclosed.
2.4确认各列管加热器、蒸发器、冷凝器封头紧固。
Confirmthescrewheadoftubularheater,evaporatorandcondenserfastening.
2.5确认各管道阀门开启灵活,开启位置正确合理。
Confirmallvalvesflexibleandopenpositioncorrect.
2.6压缩空气开启检查,标准:
有足够的压缩空气进入车间,压力不低于0.4MPa。
Inspectthecompressedairandthestandardisthatthereisenoughcompressedairsupplyingandthepressureismorethan0.4Mpa.
2.7开启蒸汽冷凝水泵,检查运转是否正常。
Inspectwhetherthesteamcondensatepumpisnormal.
3.开机程序SOP:
Startingprocedure
3.1冷却循环水泵开启:
Startcoolingcirculatingwaterpump:
a)检查管道压力,标准:
电控压力显示无报警
Inspectthepressureofpipeandensurethedisplayofelectroniccontrolnoalarming.
b)检查冷却水塔出塔水量
Inspectthewateryieldofcoolingtower.
c)检查循环水泵电机电流,标准:
电流显示100A左右
Inspecttheelectriccurrentofcirculatingwaterpumpandconfirmthedisplayabout100A.
3.2尾气回收系统预热:
Reheatingthetailgasrecoverysystem:
a)总分汽缸进汽排水,标准:
排净管道和分汽缸内冷凝水,蒸汽压力达到0.6MPa
Thetotalsteamheaderfeedssteamanddrainageandconfirmsthatthepipeandcondensatewaterisemptyandsteampressuremeets0.6Mpa.
b)废水蒸煮罐预热,标准:
80℃左右
Preheatthewaste-watertankto80℃.
c)石蜡回收系统预热,石蜡加热器预热
Preheatparaffinrecoverysystemandparaffinheater.
3.3开启石蜡回收系统的循环泵E132、E134
Startcirculatingpumpofparaffinrecoverysystem.
3.4开启分水泵E130,标准:
分水效果良好,观察溶剂无含水
Startsolvent-waterseparatorandensuretheeffectofseparatorisgoodandthereisnowaterinthesolvent.
3.5混合油蒸发和湿粕蒸脱系统预热:
Reheatmiscellaandmealevaporationsystem:
a)拉节能器、预蒸发器、汽提塔真空,标准:
一、二蒸真空-0.04~-0.07MPa,三蒸真空-0.06~-0.07MPa
Confirmeconomizer,pre-evaporatorandstrippingtowervacuumandensurethefirstandsecondevaporatormeets-0.04~-0.07MPaandthirdevaporatormeets-0.06~-0.07MPa.
b)预蒸发器、汽提塔间接汽预热。
Preheattheindirectsteamofpre-evaporatorandstrippingtower.
c)蒸发预热结束后,通知预处理开启各动力及输送设备(空车状态),等待送料。
Whenevaporatorpreheatingfinish,tellpreparationtostartpowerandtransportationequipmenttowaitformaterial.
d)蒸脱机预热:
排净间接汽、加热器内冷凝水;
间接汽层预热。
PreheatingDTDCmeansexcludingcondensatewaterofindirectsteamandheaterandpreheattheindirectsteamlayer.
3.6在设备预热时,观察系统压力,如果系统压力为正压(超过30Pa),开启尾气风机,并调节频率从5Hz到50Hz逐步增加,维持系统处于微负压。
Inspectthesystempressurewhenequipmentpreheats.Ifpositivepressure,starttailgasfanandadjustfrequencyfrom5HZto50HZgraduallyandensuresysteminaslightnegativepressure.
3.7抽出E107湿粕刮板尾部溶剂冷凝液,抽出后关闭2个阀门。
Excludethesolventcondensateattheendofwet-mealscraperandthenclosetwovalves.
3.8开启新溶剂泵,向浸出器进溶剂。
Startnewsolventpumpandpumptoextractor.
3.9浸出器循环油泵按编号(1-6)倒顺序开启。
Startoilcirculatingpumpofextractorinreversedorder.
3.10开启混合油泵E105-1、E105-2,向蒸发系统少量进油。
Startmixedoilpumpandpumptoevaporatorsystemslightly.
3.11依次开启DTDC减速机润滑油泵、DTDC启动电机,入蒸绞龙,入蒸湿粕刮板。
Inturn,StartlubricatepumpofDTDCreducer,DTDCstartingmotor,conveyorflowtoDTDCandbulkflowtoDTDC.
3.12开启热水泵,同时开启少量直接汽,标准:
DTDC气相温度>75℃
Starthotwaterpumpanddirectsteamslightlyandensurethegasphasetemperaturemorethan75℃.
3.13捅开浸出入浸刮板料封,通知预处理车间送料,电脑工根据浸出器料位情况,开启浸出器,并调整浸出器转速,保持料封在4.3米。
Pokethesealmaterialofscraperflowingtoextractorandinformpreparationtofeed.Andthenaccordingtothemateriallevel,startextractorandadjustrotatespeedtokeepthematerialsealupto4.3M.
注意:
Notes:
a)捅料过程必须两个人在现场,不准单独工作
Pokingneedstwoworkersonsiteandforbidworkalone.
b)注意送料过程中,料位变化,及时沟通电脑工
Notethefeedingprocedureandchangesofmateriallevel.Keepcloselycommunicationwithcomputerworker.
3.14蒸发根据进油量,依次打开E115、E109B、E122蒸发油泵,根据冷凝液情况,以此开启E118、E128冷凝泵
Accordingtotheoilinput,startE115,E109B,E122inturnandaccordingtocondensate,startE118andE128.
a)根据油温调整各管路阀门和预蒸发器间接汽用量大小
Accordingtotheoiltemperature,adjustallvalvesandindirectsteamconsumptionofpre-evaporator.
b)开机时,毛油残溶高,必要时在汽提塔内打循环回流,标准:
油温120℃,含溶合格。
Whenstarts,residualsolventofcrudeoilishigh.Pumprefluxinginthestrippingtowerwhennecessaryuntilthetemperaturemeets120℃andresidualsolventisqualified.
3.15蒸脱机中间绞龙E109B启动,启动标准:
料层达到第四层视镜、第五、六层料温>105℃,气相温度>75℃。
StartthemiddleconveyorofDTDCandensurethatthemateriallevelmeetstheforthlayerandthetemperatureofmaterialisover105℃andthetemperatureofgaseousphaseisover75℃.
3.16同步开启蒸脱机热风机和冷风机,最低30HZ启动,可根据水分进行温度和频率调节。
