一、引言
First,theintroduction
我国的经济的正在飞速发展，它也促进了我国城市基础设施建设发展，为我国建筑工程建设施工企业提供了广阔的发展空间。
在这样的背景环境下，当前影响企业生存与发展的关键问题就是建筑工程施工企业如何以管理工作的细化实现企业经济效益。
通过动态工程造价管理使建筑工程造价管理工作能够根据工程进展实际情况进行相应的调节，实现科学的工程造价管理。
笔者从自身的经验出发，以相关文献与研究资料为基础对建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制进行了简要论述。

二、我国建筑工程造价管理现状的分析

工程造价管理是指导工程建设施工成本控制的关键、是投资商工程投资总成本的重要技术文件。
在现代建筑工程招投标中，工程造价用来衡量投标企业技术、管理以及成本控制，对施工企业有着重要的意义。
近年来市场经济环境下建筑工程市场不断变化，工程建设施工企业工程造价管理工作成为了影响施工企业市场竞争力、经济效益的关键。
而且从现代建筑工程造价管理与研究的进展得也不错的现状来看，我国动态工程造价管理理论已经实施了一段时间，在这一段时间的应用与推广中来看，效果也还不错，动态工程造价管理能够使企业更好地处理工期、质量与造价的关系，能够使企业在动态工程造价管理理论指导下提高成本控制效果。
但是，另一个方面来讲，由于这一理论的研究与实施仍处于初级阶段，造成了施工企业在这一理论应用中缺乏相应的管理经验。
最终导致了企业在实施动态工程造价管理中还是有很多的不足之处。
笔者以自身工作经验为基础，结合现代动态工程造价管理理论研究与实施进展分析与论述动态工程造价管理工作。

三、建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制
