3.Theconditionsavailablebeforelifting

3.1.Self-review&

jointhearingofequipmentdrawingsanddesignclarificationhasbeencompletedandtheplanhasbeenpreparedandapprovedbyZELandOGDCL.

3.2.Staffing:

generaldirector,deputydirector,projectsupervisor,technician,safetyofficer,fitter,craneoperator,surveyor,electrician,welder,helper,medicalstaff。

3.3.ThequalificationofcraneoperatorparticipatinginliftinganddirectingshallbesubmittedtoZEL&

OGDCLandapprovedbythembeforelifting.

3.4.Preparationforequipmentsandtools:

cranes,ambulances,trucks,loaders,handhammer,hammer,wrench,steelwirerope,shackles,chainblock.

3.5.Preparationforinspectiondevices:

theodolite,balancelevel,anglesquare,plateruler,bandtape.

3.6.Preparationforsafetyitems:

warningrope,safetybelt,safetyhelmets,cleats,directingflags,directingwhistles,etc.

3.7.Preparationformaterials:

pipe,channelsteel,steelplate,sleeper,weldingrod.

3.8.Preparationforsitefoundation:

thefoundationisqualifiedafteracceptance,thesiteisleveledandclearandtheobstaclesaffectingliftingofequipmentshavebeenremoved.

3.9.Preparationforequipments:

afterarrival,theequipmentsarequalifiedafteracceptancewithacompleteproductqualitycertificateandanacceptancereportandsiteplacementforthemiscompletedasrequired.

3.10.Column:

partiallyinstallsupportsandguardrailsoftheladderlandingplatformandmakesuresupportsandguardrailsdon’taffectliftingofcolumnandraisingandloweringofsteelwireropes.

3.11.Jobtraining:

staffinvolvedinliftingoperationsreceiveatrainingandhavereceivedatechnicalclarificationofliftingmethodfromtechnicians.

3.12.Weatherinformation:

Weatherforecastinformationhasbeenobtainedduringhoisting.Liftingisforbiddenduringrainydayandwindyday(windvelocitygrade6).

3.13.Preparationforalignmentmarks:

makeaalignmentmarkontheequipmentsandmarkthecorrectinstallationposition.

3.14.Inlinewiththeregulationsofrelevantsafetydocuments,thesafetymeasuresarecarriedout.
