4.3thefinalacceptanceoftheconstructionprojectshouldbecarriedoutbeforetheoccupationhazardsassessmentwork,andcarryoutoccupationhealthinspectionproceduresaccordingtotherelevantprovisionsofthestate,isnotinconformitywiththeoccupationsafetyandhealthstandardsandrequirementsoftheoccupationoccupationdiseasepreventionandhealthprotectionfacilitiesmustbeuptothestandarduntiltherectification,otherwiseitshallnotbeputintoproduction.

4.4toestablishandimprovetheemergencyrescueplanofoccupationdiseaseharmenterpriseaccident,emergencyrescuesimulationdrillonceatleasteveryyear,atthesametime,evaluationandcontinuousimprovement.

4.5theestablishmentofoccupationdiseaseharmaccidentreportingsystem.Theoccurrenceofseriousoccupationdiseaseharmandpoisoningaccidents,shallpromptlyreporttothelocalcompetentdepartmentofgroupcompanyandprovidetherelevantinformation,accurate,andcooperatewiththerescuerescueandinvestigationwork.

4.6makedust,toxic,radiation,noiseandantinitrogenasphyxiationotherprotectionfacilitiesmanagement,use,maintenanceandinspection,toensurethatitisingoodcondition,withoutpermissionofthecompetentauthorities,shallnotberemovedorstopusing;

tobespecificcontactoccupationhazardsaccordingtooperatingpersonnel,toprovideindividualoccupationhealthprotectionactivitieseffectivelyfortheworkers.

4.7willnotproduceunitsandindividualstodonothavetheoccupationhealthprotectionconditionsofoccupationdiseasehazards.Unitsandindividualsdonothavetheoccupationhealthprotectionconditionsshallnotacceptoccupationdiseaseharmproducedwork.

5employmentandoccupationhealthexaminationmanagement

5.1insigninglaborcontractswithemployees,thecontentshouldbepossibleintheprocessofworkorworkcontentsofthechangeofoccupationdiseaseharm,consequences,occupationhealthprotectionconditionstruthfullyinformtheworkers,andinthelaborcontract,andshallnotconceal.Violationofthisprovision,workershavetherighttorejectthelaborcontract,theenterpriseshallnotterminatethelaborcontractterminationoftheoriginal.

All5.2employeeshavemaintenanceunitoccupationhealthprotectivefacilitiesandpersonalprotectiveequipmentoccupationhealthresponsibilitiesandobligations,tofindoutthehiddendangersandhazardsofsuspectedoccupationdisease,shouldbereportedtotherelevantunitsanddepartmentsinatimelymanner,tocriticize,shouldstopandreportviolationsofoccupationhealthandoccupationdiseasepreventionlawandhealthhazardthebehavior,andhavetherighttoputforwardrectificationopinionsandsuggestions.

5.3notbecauseemployeesexercisinglegitimaterightsanddutiesofoccupationhealthandreducethewages,benefitsandotherbenefits,orterminatingthelaborcontract.

The5.4companiesshouldbeengagedinpersonnelcontactoccupationhazardsbeforeappointment,on-the-job,postretirementandoccupationhealthexamination,andexaminationshallarrangespecialoperations,nothealthinspectionpersonnelengagedincontactwithoccupationoccupationalhazards,andshallnotarrangeanyoccupationalcontraindicationintaboowork.

5.5occupationhealthmanagementdepartmentsshouldestablishandimprovetheoccupationhealthsurveillancearchivesaccordingtotheregulations,andinaccordancewiththepreservationperiodofpreservation.

Thecontentsofthearchivesshallincludestaffoccupationhistory,occupationdiseasecontacthistory,occupationhealthexaminationresultsandoccupationdiseasepersonalhealthinformationandcorrespondingworkplaceOccupationHazardsTestresults.

5.6intheproductionprocessormaysufferfromacutediseasesufferfromoccupationharmworkersshouldbetimelytreatmentormedicalobservation,andcreditedtothepersonalhealthrecord.

5.7examinationiffoundgroupreaction,andexposuretotoxicandharmfulfactors,occupationhealthmanagementdepartmentshalltimelyorganizetheinvestigationonlaborhygieneofworkplaces,andinconjunctionwiththerelevantdepartmentstoputforwardpreventionmeasures.

All5.8occupationhealthexaminationresultsandtreatmentopinions,shallbetruthfullyrecordedintheemployeehealthcarerecords,andthedutytodefendtheDepartmentofamonthssincetheendofthephysicalexamination,feedbacktotherelevantunitsandpersonsInotice.

5.9shouldstrictlyimplementtheregulationsandregulationsoflaborprotectionforfemaleworkers,promptlyarrangemedicalworkershealth.Workarrangementsshouldbefullyconsideredandcareworkersshallarrangeworkersengagedinphysiologicalcharacteristics,particularlyheavyorharmfultowomenphysiologicalfunction;

andshallnotarrangeduringpregnancyandlactation(babyyears)womenengagedinjobsthatareharmfultothefetusorinfant,Idon'
