4.6makedust,toxic,radiation,noiseandantinitrogenasphyxiationotherprotectionfacilitiesmanagement,use,maintenanceandinspection,toensurethatitisingoodcondition,withoutpermissionofthecompetentauthorities,shallnotberemovedorstopusing;
tobespecificcontactoccupationhazardsaccordingtooperatingpersonnel,toprovideindividualoccupationhealthprotectionactivitieseffectivelyfortheworkers.
4.7willnotproduceunitsandindividualstodonothavetheoccupationhealthprotectionconditionsofoccupationdiseasehazards.Unitsandindividualsdonothavetheoccupationhealthprotectionconditionsshallnotacceptoccupationdiseaseharmproducedwork.
5employmentandoccupationhealthexaminationmanagement

5.3notbecauseemployeesexercisinglegitimaterightsanddutiesofoccupationhealthandreducethewages,benefitsandotherbenefits,orterminatingthelaborcontract.
The5.4companiesshouldbeengagedinpersonnelcontactoccupationhazardsbeforeappointment,on-the-job,postretirementandoccupationhealthexamination,andexaminationshallarrangespecialoperations,nothealthinspectionpersonnelengagedincontactwithoccupationoccupationalhazards,andshallnotarrangeanyoccupationalcontraindicationintaboowork.
5.5occupationhealthmanagementdepartmentsshouldestablishandimprovetheoccupationhealthsurveillancearchivesaccordingtotheregulations,andinaccordancewiththepreservationperiodofpreservation.

5.9shouldstrictlyimplementtheregulationsandregulationsoflaborprotectionforfemaleworkers,promptlyarrangemedicalworkershealth.Workarrangementsshouldbefullyconsideredandcareworkersshallarrangeworkersengagedinphysiologicalcharacteristics,particularlyheavyorharmfultowomenphysiologicalfunction;
