GreenPackaging

GreenPackagein1987originatedintheUnitedNationsConferenceonEnvironmentandDevelopmentCouncilpublished*'OurCommonFuture",inJune1992oftheUnitedNationsConferenceonEnvironmentandDevelopmentadoptedthenRioDeclarationonEnvironmentandDevelopment/*'Agenda21”，thenthewholeSetoffaglobalscaleinordertoprotecttheecologicalenvironmentatthecoreofthegreenwave."GreenPackage"（GreenPackage）wascalled“FriendsoftheEnvironmentandpackaging"（EnvironmentalFriendlyPackage）oreco-packaging（EcologicalPackage）.Greenpackagingshouldbe:

ontheecologicalenvironmentandhumanhealth-friendlyandcancyclerecyclingandreuse,promotesustainednationaleconomicdevelopmentpackage.Thismeansthatthepackagingofproductsfromrawmaterialsselection,productmanufacturing,use,recyclingandwasteofthewholeprocessshouldbeinlinewiththeecologicalandenvironmentalprotection.Itincludesaresources-saving,energy,toreduceandavoidwastegeneration,recyclingeasytoreuse,recycling,incinerationordegradation,suchasecologicalandenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.Greenpackagingasthecontentoftheadvancesintechnology,thedevelopmentofthepackagingwillalsohaveanewmeaning.

Greenpackagingingeneralshouldhavetheconnotationofthefiveareas:

First,theimplementationofpackagingreduction（Reduce）.Inthepackagingtomeettheprotectionandconveniencefeaturessuchasthesaleconditions,shouldbetheminimumamount.Second,thepackagingshouldbeeasytoreuse（Reuse）,oreasy-to-Recycling（Recycle）.Throughtheproductionofrenewableproducts,theuseofthermalincineration,compostingandothermeasurestoimprovethesoiltore-use.Third,thedegradationofpackagingwastecanbecorrupt（Degradable）.Thefinalnon-permanentformofrefuse,andthenmeetthesoil.ReduceReuse,RecycleandDegradableintheworldtodaythatisrecognizedbythedevelopmentofgreenpackagingoftheprincipleof3R1D.Fourth,packagingmaterialsonthehumanbodyshouldbenon-toxicandbio-friendly.Packagingmaterialsshouldnotcontaintoxicelements,bacteria,heavymetals;orthosewithvolumecontrolshouldbestandardinthefollowing.Fifth,packagingproductsfromtheacquisitionofrawmaterials,materialsprocessing,productmanufacturing,productuse,wasterecycling,untiltheendoftheirlivestodealwiththewholeprocessdidnotrespondtothehumanbodyandenvironmentalpollution.

1. Greenpackaging

Greenpackagingisthepackagingoftheproductlifecycle,theeconomycanmeetthefiinctionalrequirementsofthepackaging,theecologicalenvironmentatthesametime,nopollution,nohumanhealthhazard,canre-useandrecyclingtomeetsustainabledevelopment.Greenpackagingrequirementstoachievethepackagingreduction（Reduce）,andreuse（Reuse）,recyclingofrenewable（Recycle）,Degradable（cancorrupttheprincipleofdegradation）,thatistheusualprinciplesofthe3R1D,packingitfullconsiderationoftheentirelife-cycleprocessResource,energyandtheenvironment,effortstoreducetheenvironmentalloadofpackagingmaterials,packagingachievementoffunctionalandenvironmentaladaptationofbalanceandunity.

2. ThestatusquoofChina'sgreenpackaging

China'spackagingindustryfromnothingmorethanadecade,fromsmalltolargehasbeenattractingworldattentionforitssuccessstory,butwiththeworld'sadvancedcountriesarestilldisparities,particularlyinpackagingtechnologyandpackagingequipment,packagingdesignanddegreeofapplicationofmodelsandconceptsAndsoon.Atpresent,environmentalprotectionduetopackaging,packagingoftheworldorganizationsactiveintheinternationalenvironmentalorganizationscalledfordirection,suchasenvironmentalprotection,newpackaging,suchasISO14000standardsandregulationspromulgated.Incontrast,China'senvironmentalprotectionpackagingandastepbehind,environmentalprotectionandhome-madepackagingmaterialsproductioncapacityisstillverylow,thestudyofChina'senvironmentalprotectionworkofpackagingshouldfocusonthepracticalapplicationofenvironmentallyfriendlypackaging.

Sincethe1980s,thengreenfood"and"GreenDress,'*"greenrefrigerators,'*"greencar"aroundtheworldsetoffamassivewaveofgreen.Foreignpercapitaconsumptionofpackagingmaterialsinmorethan100kg,theUnitedStatesfbrthe50kg,Japan,200kg,Germany,90kg,fortheCommonwealthofIndependent80kg,formy30kg,comparedwithChina'sannualpercapitaconsumptionofpackagingmaterialslower,butChina'spopulationofmorethan1.3billion,theannualamountofconsumptionofpackagingmaterialsisconsiderable.China'saluminumprocessing2,3cansrecyclingissuesarequiteprominent,inourgreenpackagingdesignhasalsodoneenough,greenpackagingdesigninChina,thereiss
