为适应时代的需要，为圆满完成小学英语的教学目的，到达的要求，根据上级有关文件精神和我校的实际状况，特制定了我校外语课堂教学常规，其宗旨是教师上课时要精神饱满，要发挥好教学目标的作用，着眼于培养学生运用语言的潜力。

透过创设合理的教学情景，引导学生在模拟或真实的交际中理解、模仿和运用语言，要充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演手法，生动活泼地进行外语教学，充分体现学生是课堂的主人，是学习的主人。

四、加强群众备课，落实"

坚持群众备课制度是我校一贯的做法，我校规定每周四下午组织群众备课活动。

为使每一位英语教师都能养成自觉的行为，我们从学校的客观实际出发，着手加强了备课组的改革，要求同年级应加强群众备课。

备课时要充分挖掘每一位教师的潜力，充分挖掘教材的内涵，对教材进行恰当的调整和重组;

要做到"

五备三鼓"

，即备课标、备教材、备教法、备学法、备练习，备课中多思考学生的实际状况，多腾出时间鼓励学生用心思维、鼓励学生运用交际语言、鼓励学生大胆创新，尽可能避免课堂上死气沉沉的气氛;

备课时，同年级组成员对组内规定的课题分散备课，写出祥案，然后在规定的时间内进行群众讨论，并且要求同年级的每一位英语教师做到"

虽然我们组的老师都是英语教师，上课都使用英语，很少使用普通话，但是，一学期以来，我们英语组的每一位英语教师用心响应学校组织的各项说普通话、写规范字、写规范文的工作的活动，包括青年教师演讲比赛、读书沙龙活动等等。

由我校独立承担的课题已进入正式试验阶段，本教研组确定了子课题，为切实搞好该课题的研究，课题组全体成员统一了思想认识，哪怕工作再忙，课题研究不能丢，哪怕困难再大，也要持之以恒，努力克服，扎扎实实地做好课题研究;

每学期初制订切实可行的计划，期末实事求是地进行总结，围绕主题，注重过程的研究，研究应不离学生，不离课堂，但也能够向课外拓展要动员非课题组成员参与课题研究，是每一位英语教师都处于研究状态，用心撰写教育论文，以课题研究为契机促进课堂教学的改革。

七、严格执行计划，使教研活动开展到位（7.Strictlyimplementtheplantomaketeachingandresearchactivitiesinplace）

教研组要严格按照期初制订的教研计划，安排好每位教师的教研活动课。

经常性地开展教研活动，有利于构成一种充满民主和生机又讲究实效的教研风气;

教研组要给每一位英语教师施加压力，要求每一位教师每学期至少开一堂公开课、汇报课或观摩课;

要求新教师要上好一堂公开课，老教师要为新教师上好一堂示范课，以老促新，以老帮新。

透过民主讨论、深刻分析、相互比较、相互探讨，使所上课的教学目标更加明确，教学资料更加翔实，教学要求更加浅显，教学方法更加体现教学资料，教学效果更加突出。

教研组的这种利用群众力量进行教学研讨的方法，使得组内每一位英语教师更加自觉学习，相互探讨、钻研业务的风气更加浓厚，由此带来的是每一位教师的综合素质的提高。
