为适应时代的需要,为圆满完成小学英语的教学目的,到达的要求,根据上级有关文件精神和我校的实际状况,特制定了我校外语课堂教学常规,其宗旨是教师上课时要精神饱满,要发挥好教学目标的作用,着眼于培养学生运用语言的潜力。

透过创设合理的教学情景,引导学生在模拟或真实的交际中理解、模仿和运用语言,要充分运用实物、图片、手势、直观教具和表演手法,生动活泼地进行外语教学,充分体现学生是课堂的主人,是学习的主人。

坚持群众备课制度是我校一贯的做法,我校规定每周四下午组织群众备课活动。

为使每一位英语教师都能养成自觉的行为,我们从学校的客观实际出发,着手加强了备课组的改革,要求同年级应加强群众备课。

备课时要充分挖掘每一位教师的潜力,充分挖掘教材的内涵,对教材进行恰当的调整和重组;

要做到"

,即备课标、备教材、备教法、备学法、备练习,备课中多思考学生的实际状况,多腾出时间鼓励学生用心思维、鼓励学生运用交际语言、鼓励学生大胆创新,尽可能避免课堂上死气沉沉的气氛;

备课时,同年级组成员对组内规定的课题分散备课,写出祥案,然后在规定的时间内进行群众讨论,并且要求同年级的每一位英语教师做到"

虽然我们组的老师都是英语教师,上课都使用英语,很少使用普通话,但是,一学期以来,我们英语组的每一位英语教师用心响应学校组织的各项说普通话、写规范字、写规范文的工作的活动,包括青年教师演讲比赛、读书沙龙活动等等。

由我校独立承担的课题已进入正式试验阶段,本教研组确定了子课题,为切实搞好该课题的研究,课题组全体成员统一了思想认识,哪怕工作再忙,课题研究不能丢,哪怕困难再大,也要持之以恒,努力克服,扎扎实实地做好课题研究;

每学期初制订切实可行的计划,期末实事求是地进行总结,围绕主题,注重过程的研究,研究应不离学生,不离课堂,但也能够向课外拓展要动员非课题组成员参与课题研究,是每一位英语教师都处于研究状态,用心撰写教育论文,以课题研究为契机促进课堂教学的改革。

七、严格执行计划,使教研活动开展到位(7.Strictlyimplementtheplantomaketeachingandresearchactivitiesinplace)

教研组要严格按照期初制订的教研计划,安排好每位教师的教研活动课。

经常性地开展教研活动,有利于构成一种充满民主和生机又讲究实效的教研风气;

教研组要给每一位英语教师施加压力,要求每一位教师每学期至少开一堂公开课、汇报课或观摩课;

要求新教师要上好一堂公开课,老教师要为新教师上好一堂示范课,以老促新,以老帮新。

透过民主讨论、深刻分析、相互比较、相互探讨,使所上课的教学目标更加明确,教学资料更加翔实,教学要求更加浅显,教学方法更加体现教学资料,教学效果更加突出。

教研组的这种利用群众力量进行教学研讨的方法,使得组内每一位英语教师更加自觉学习,相互探讨、钻研业务的风气更加浓厚,由此带来的是每一位教师的综合素质的提高。
