Thispaperanalyzesthecharacteristicsofthecurrentthreecollegestudents,forthecurrentthreeinstitutionsofhigherlearningeducationandsocialneeds,therearesomecontradictionsbetweensupplyanddemand,andthecurrentproblemsineducation,combinedwithShenyangUniversityofTechnologyInstituteofTechnologyTeachingpractice,andproposedtoreformtheteachingmethodsandmodeofexplorationtargets.

Traditionaleducationisateacher-centered‘indoctrination’,‘spoon-feeding’teaching,mainlyintheteachingofbookknowledge-based,donotattachimportancetotheskillsandabilitiesofstudentsisnotconducivetotrainingtodevelopapplication-orientedtalents,notsuitedtocontemporarysocietydevelopmentofhumanneeds.Thisteachingseriouslyhinderedthetrainingofhighlyskilledpersonnel,wemustchangetheexistingmodeofteaching.

Ourschoolisatalentyoudevelopapplicationsbasedmulti-disciplinarytypeofthreeundergraduateschools,accordingtotoday’ssocietywearetherequirementsforpersonneltraining,pioneeredtheteachingreformfullyreflectsthedevelopmentofstudents,thestudentsfollowcognitive,embodiedtheprincipleofgradualandheuristicteaching,teachingpracticeandexperienceofourautomationprofessionalcoursesonafullrangeofteachingreform.

1threecharacteristicsofcollegestudentsIntheirdailylivesasthreecollegestudentsweregenerallymorefavorablefamilyenvironment,longbeforelifecarebytheelders,life,worldoutlookthantheimmature,weaklifeinthelearningofstudentsonthreelearninginstitutionsislessthanundergraduatecollegestudents,self-controlandself-monitoringabilityispoor.

Teachersinteachingshouldgivefullplaytotheirprofessionaladvantage,tofocusonguidingstudentstolearn,help,urgingonthefirstoftheirprofessionshouldbetoenablestudentstounderstandthecharacteristicsofmasterofsciencelearningandresearchmethods,andestablishtheideal,chooseafuturepathofdevelopment,andsecondly,shouldbeansweringquestionsforstudents,professionalstudentstosolveideologicalproblemsandlearningpracticaldifficulties,andfinally,itshouldurgestudentstocompletelearningtasksefficiently,spurtheirbroadknowledgeofthehallgofurtheranddeeper.

2todevelopapplication-orientedproblemsintheteachingpersonnel2.1Integrationwithapplicationofteachingandlearningmethodsandteachingcontentandthedevelopmentofthetheoryandpracticecomparedtotheexistingknowledgestructurehaslaggedfarbehindnow,thelackoffeaturesandinnovativecurriculum,theintegrityofthecontentthereisacertainlackofpertinenceteachingthinkingisnotclearandonlycontinuetoenrichandimprovetheteachingtheoreticalsystem,andonthisbasisofinnovation,inordertomeettherequirementsofthetimestoestablishthecoursestructureintoday’sdiversesocietyinthefaceofactivethinking,noveltyseekingchangeyoungstudents,thetraditionalindividual-basedknowledge-basedteachingmethodsandmeansofindoctrinationhasbeensignificantlyover-simple,studentscannotmeetthedesireofthelatestknowledgeandlearningavarietyofrequirements,affectingtheefficiencyandeffectivenessoflearningandteachingmethodstoachievescientificisimminent.
