尊敬的各位领导，同事们：

大家好。

首先感谢党组织给我这次和大家学习交流的机会。

我叫++++，毕业于+++，是+++村村主任助理。

自0000年00月份来到000镇，到村任职已有一年多的时间。

我切身感受着各级领导和组织的关怀，感受着自己工作成果带来的喜悦，感受着基层工作的辛苦和劳累。

感受加深的同时认识也在改变，我清楚的认识到，统筹城乡协调发展，建设社会主义新农村，急需科学文化知识的注入，农村是大学生施展才华的大舞台，是历练人生的大学校。

在这一年多的时间里，我主要从事计划生育工作。

现将本人的思想、学习和工作情况做一个简单汇报：

首先：

解放思想，实事求是，坚持科学发展观，不断提高自身的思想政治水平

在日常工作学习中，我能够认真学习党和国家的各项路线、方针、政策，深入贯彻落实党的十七大精神，时刻与党保持高度一致，解放思想，实事求是，坚持科学的发展观，不断提高自身的思想政治素质。

其次：

加强业务知识学习，理论联系实际，不断提高自身的业务能力

在工作中增强顾全大局、服务群众的意识，充分认识稳定低生育水平的长期性和艰巨性，增强以科学发展观统领新时期人口和计划生育工作的政治意识、责任意识，始终站在对社会、对人民负责的高度，按照党委政（本文来源好）府各级领导的部署和要求，结合村里实际情况，扎扎实实的开展自己的工作，发挥自己的作用，以实际行动来体现大学生村官的价值。

通过一年多的学习和工作，我的各方面素质得到了进一步提高，积累了一定的工作经验，同时也存在着一些不足和缺点。

我将继续解放思想，开拓创新，以求真务实的工作作风搞好本职工作。

具体应做到以下两点：

1、继续加强学习，不断提高自身的思想政治素质和业务素质，努力克服自身的不足。

2、尊敬领导，团结同志，更好的促进工作。

前微软公司中国区总裁唐骏先生，在总结自己成功经验时提到了两个方面：

一是简单，二是勤奋。

简单是做到无招胜有招，可以克服工作中的一切困难;而勤奋是保证执行力的最重要因素。

在这里我想说：

坚守勤奋，守住理想，坚守科学，守住信仰，用昂然锐气在农村这片广阔的天地里建功立业！
