AllemailpertainingtotheSquiresRoadProjectshouldbeprofessional,freeoferrors,andprovidebriefcommunication.Emailshouldbedistributedtothecorrectprojectparticipantsinaccordancewiththecommunicationmatrixabovebasedonitscontent.Allattachmentsshouldbeinoneoftheorganization’sstandardsoftwaresuiteprogramsandadheretoestablishedcompanyformats.Iftheemailistobringanissueforwardthenitshoulddiscusswhattheissueis,provideabriefbackgroundontheissue,andprovidearecommendationtocorrecttheissue.TheProjectManagershouldbeincludedonanyemailpertainingtotheSquiresRoadProject.

InformalCommunications:

Whileinformalcommunicationisapartofeveryprojectandisnecessaryforsuccessfulprojectcompletion,anyissues,concerns,orupdatesthatarisefrominformaldiscussionbetweenteammembersmustbecommunicatedtotheProjectManagersotheappropriateactionmaybetaken.

Communicationrisk

Communicationisanexerciseofsharingandexchanginginformation.Anycommunicationprocessrequiresasender,amessageandareceiversomemightrequiremultipledeliver.Incommunication,thesendermessagemustbeclearandrecipientmusthavetheabilitytolisteneffectively,toresultinthemostthoroughunderstandingofthemessage.

Forsomecommunicationrisksarecausedbypeoplewhoinvolvedin.Thereforeriskmanagementisanessentialtosolveandmanagetheriskscausedbystuff,inordertoachievetheproject’sgoalsandobjectives.It’sbenefitedfordeliveringyourprojectontime,onbudgetandwiththequalityresultsyourprojectsponsordemands.Duringthecommunicationineveryproject,riskisalsoinevitable.Alsoforaprojecttendtobesucceeded,ithavetocontinuoustocommunicatewithissueinstructions,solvingproblems,makingdecision,resolvingconflicts,andkeepingeveryonesuppliedwiththeinformationtheyneed.

However,duringthecommunication,riskisinevitable,forexample,poorlydetaileddrawings,responsibilitiesnotclearlyidentified,poorleadershipcauseineffectivecommunication,insufficientpreparationgiventocontractorsforpre-constructionrequirements,Poorattendanceininitialprestartmeeting,Flowofcommunicationnotknowbystakeholders.
