同时，“现在的学生越来越不好教了----他们不识好歹，是非不分，没有正确的人生观、价值观，耽于幻想而又没有理想，没有危机感而又缺乏自信，惧怕失败因而不敢尝试，自以为是而不善与人合作，挑剔老师与同学而从不检视自我，渴望成功而又拒绝用功，追逐明星，崇尚名牌，借此标榜自己是拒绝平庸，张扬个性……”相信这样的抱怨与评价你不可能没听过，尽管它不指向全体。
教书育人的天职让每一个站三尺讲台的人不能视而不见，袖手旁观，而处于青春期的少男少女对所谓的道德说教颇为逆反，因此，如何做到春风化雨、润物无声便成了一门教育教学艺术。
笔者从教近十六年，从一个只管讲知识的讲师到一个包揽一切的真正意义的教师，经历了一个从蛹化蝶的过程。
例如，在讲解attitude一词时，笔者以国足前任教练米卢的名言为例-----Attitudemeanseverything（例1），又以曾在受训时见过的一句标语为例----AttitudeisasmallthingthatmakesABIGDIFFERENCE（例2），最后以笔者自身的感触，现身说事----Apositiveattitudemakesallthedifference（例3）。
而例1又可做mean一词的例句，例2有可做定语从句和makeadifference一词组的例句，例3又可做positive和makeadifference的例句，结果发现学生兴趣盎然，笔记更认真了，精神面貌也不同了。
笔者认为名言警句一方面富于哲理，浓缩人生精华，另一方面言简意赅，颇具震撼效果，所以，巧妙利用学生崇拜名人的心理，充分利用名人效应，强化教学效果。
以名言警句为例，既显示教师的学识与修养，赢得学生的尊敬，又避免了为造句而造句的无聊的拼词活动，从一开始就赋予词汇鲜活的情感，而被学生乐于接受，藉此，渗透关于人生观、理想、价值，关于成功与做人的品德教育，师生双方感觉颇好。
以下是笔者整理日常教学过程的一些做法，就教于同行，同时，希望能为您提供一些可资利用的材料。
在讲解以下单词、词组和语法时，辅以相关名言警句佐证。
