（2）Betweenmerchantsifwithinareasonabletimeawritinginconfirmationofthecontractandsufficientagainstthesenderisreceivedandthepartyreceivingithasreasontoknowitscontents,itsatisfiestherequirementsofsubsection

（1）againstsuchpartyunlesswrittennoticeofobjectiontoitscontentsisgivenwithin10daysafteritisreceived.
