（2）练习宗旨：

帮助考生熟悉了解写作测试的题材、类型和写作技巧，以便迅速提高考生的写作能力和应试能力，顺利通过研究生英语入学考试。

（3）练习内容：

与前面的题型来源相同。

考生在写作自测时，每篇应用文写作时间为15分钟左右；

每篇议论文或说明文的写作时间为30-35分钟。

2、考研命题考点、应试准备和应试方法

（1）命题考点

1.应用文

（1）各类私人或公务信函：

推荐信、投诉信、邀请信、征求意见信、感谢信、道歉信、请假条、会议开场白、欢迎词、告别词、报告、备忘录等。

（2）各类告示：

招聘广告、求职广告、布告、通知、招领启事、征稿启事、书刊介绍、会议海报等。

（3）根据汉语文章（1，500词左右）写一篇英文摘要（80-100词）。

2.议论文：

根据最近的议论文和预测，写作题材一般涉及下列内容：

（1）校园生活：

励志、抱负、信心、毅力、刻苦、协作、献爱心、志愿者工作、兼职打工、苦与甜；

（2）社会生活及热点：

互联网、文化交流、明星与“粉丝”、财富与金钱、私家车泛滥、住房问题、交通堵塞、信息时代、假冒伪劣商品、安乐死、救灾等；

（3）环境保护和资源保护：

植树绿化、地球变暖、低碳经济、节煤节电、保护野生动物等；

（4）文明礼貌和道德素质：

尊老敬师、礼貌待人、文明交往、遵纪守法等。

（2）应试准备

（1）背诵具有典型性、代表性的历届真题作文和模拟作文20篇，把握短文的段落结构和语篇结构、积累积极词汇和常用句型。

（2）改写真题作文和模拟试题作文20篇，勤查考研词汇，把知识转化为写作能力。

（3）灵活运用所背诵的知识点，借助概述法、因果法、议论法、对比法、举例法、建议法、结尾法，在考前强化训练时写应用文和议论文各10篇。

（3）应试方法

（1）审题分析：

根据题目、提纲、图画、表格、说明文字（caption）或规定情景来理解写作要求、防止跑题。

（2）构思取材：

根据写作要求谋划段落结构，利用背过的句式来造句和组段。

（3）起草成文、查错补漏。

三、写作时要特别注意的事项：

（1）卷面整洁——第一印象相当重要，有可能决定你的分数档次。

（2）第一段的重要性——阅卷人通常是在阅读完第一段后就开始将文章的分数档归类。

（3）文章的组织脉络——主要的段落，如第二、三段都需要有较的层次感，使阅卷人可以快速地抓住考生的思路。

（4）闪光词汇和短语——精彩的词汇和短语不仅能使文章增色不少，更能吸引阅卷人的眼球，取得高分。

道歉信

语言要诚挚，解释的理由要真实。

道歉信是指因过失或疏忽做错了事，给别人带来了麻烦或损失，发觉后要立即写信给对方赔礼道歉时写的信件。

道歉是一种礼貌，道歉信要写得坦率，诚恳。

　　道歉信通常包括三部分内容：

1、表示歉意，道歉的原由；

2、出现差错的原因，提出弥补措施；

3、请求原谅。

好的道歉信不仅会取得对方的谅解，还会增进彼此的感情。

写作“三步曲”：

　　表示歉意→说明具体原因、提出补救办法→再次致歉，希望得到理解。
