1生活污水处理系统说明

1.1设备描述

Equipmentdescription

★设备由缺氧池、生物接触氧化池、沉淀池、污泥池、消毒池等部分组成。

Theequipmentismadeupoftheanoxicationtank、thebiologicalcontactoxidationtank、thesedimentationtank、thesludgetank、thedisinfectiontankandsoon。

★缺氧池是生活污水处理的第一段，采用厌氧的生化处理工艺。

生活污水经管道收集后首先提升进入缺氧池，本部分的主要作用是降解难于处理的大分子有机物，降低后续处理设施的负荷，为提高出水水质提供保证。

内挂生物填料。

该填料使用寿命长,挂膜、脱膜容易，使污水处在处理最佳状态，有利于生物降解。

生物接触氧化池为好氧处理工艺，具有较高的处理效率。

内挂生物填料，采用微孔曝气。

★生物接触氧化池出水自流进入沉淀池。

经过厌氧、好氧生化处理的生活污水，在沉淀池内沉淀净化，具有良好沉淀性能的杂质在沉淀池内沉淀下来，出水水质明显提高，上部清水进行消毒处理。

★沉淀池出水自流进入消毒池。

生化处理后生活污水在消毒池内进行消毒处理，消毒形式为投加固体氯片溶解消毒。

经过消毒可以有效杀死各种致病菌类，保证出水细菌学指标满足相应标准。

★沉淀池产生的污泥部分回流进入生物接触氧化池，保持生物菌群的数量和活性，部分排入污泥浓缩池，污泥浓缩池上清液回流至进水调节池，继续处理。

浓缩池内的污泥定期外排。

1.2.2系统工艺流程

本设备采用A/O生化处理工艺，提升泵、缺氧池、生化池、生化处理后再进入沉淀池沉淀后的达标水进入消毒池，污泥一部份回流到氧化池重复利用，剩余污泥由气提装置提升至污泥池。
