除了规格书中特别申明那些将由船东供给的项目外，船厂应供给用于按照这些规格书完成该船建造的所有项目。

AnythingnotmentionedinorcoveredbytheseSpecificationsandtheattachedplansbutrequiredfornormaloperationofthistypeofvesseltobeprovidedbyBuilderaccordingtotheshipbuildingpractice.

对于那些规格书和所附图纸中未提及但却为该型船正常航行所必需的任何项目，船厂则应按照船舶建造惯例加以供给。

Wherenameofcertainmaterial,article,model,type,makerand/ormanufacturerthereofmentionedintheSpecificationareonlyforthepurposeofillustratingthegeneralcharacterofthedesign,constructionetc.,itistobeclearlyunderstoodthatifthefinalselectionofthemakerforasingleequipmentsetoutintheMakersListisotherthanthedescriptionintheSpecification,thenthegeneralcharacter,technicalparameters,maker’sstandardetc.shallbereplacedandsubstitutedbythefinalselectedmaker’s.

对于规格书中手涉及的某些材料、物品、样式、型号、制作者和/或厂商的名称仅是为了说明设计、建造等的总体特性，必须理解的是，如果最终从厂商表中选定的个别设备不同于规格书中的描述，则总体特性、技术参数、厂商的标准等应采用最终选定厂商加以取代。

2-1GENERALARTICALS总条款

refertocompaniesortheiragentsasdefinedindetailintheBuildingContract.

术语“船东”和“船厂”是指建造合同中详细定义的公司或它们的代理人。

ThedescriptioninPartIGeneralProvisionshallbeappliedtoallpartsoftheSpecifications,whereasthedescriptionsintheotherpartsshallbeappliedtotherespectiveparts,ifnotdescribedotherwise.

在无其它说明的情况下，第I部分“总则”中的描述将适用于规格书的所有部分，而其它部分的描述则分别适用于各自的部分。

IntheeventofanycontradictionoranyinconsistencybetweenthedescriptionsofproperpartandotherpartsintheSpecifications,thedescriptionsintheproperpartshallgovern.

如果特定部分与其它部分的描述存在任何矛盾或不一致，则应以特定部分为准。

Unlessthosefordifferentdepartmentonbondorspecificallydescribed,repeatedmentionofthelogicallysameitemintheSpecificationsdoesnotmeanthattheitemshallbesuppliedmorethanonce.

除非那些在不同专业或特别说明的部分，否则规格书中对相同物品在逻辑上的重复并不意味着这些物品应被多次供给。

AnythingnotmentionedintheSpecificationsbutrequiredbytheClassificationSocietyorregulatorybodieslistedhereinshallbesuppliedorequippedbyBuilderonBuilder'

saccount.

对于规格书中未提及但按照船级社或下文中所列权威机构要求应提供或装备的事项，则船厂应加以供给。

AnyrequirementoftheOwner,whichisinexcessoftherequirementsoftheRulesandRegulationslistedhereinand/orthecontentofthisspecification,shallbesubjecttoagreementandpossibleadjustmenttothecontractprice,deadweight,servicespeed,etc.,whichmaybeaffected.

对于船东提出的要求超过下文中所列规范和/或规格书时，则应通过相互协商并对可能受到影响的合同价、载重吨、服务航速等进行调整。

AmendmentsandchangestotheSpecifications,plansorotherwrittendocumentsmustbesignedbyanauthorizedrepresentativeoftheBuilderandOwner.Thesedocumentsshallbeasupplementtothecontract.

对于规格书、图纸或其它书面文件的修改或更改应由船厂和船东授权的代表进行签字，并且这些文件将作为对合同的补充。

Ifanyspecifiedarticleormaterialcannotbeobtainedorsupplied,theBuildershallhavetherighttoselectsuitablesubstituteswithOwnerapproval.

如果任何规定的物品或材料无法获得或供给，那么船厂有权选择并经过船东认可的适当替代品。

2-2SHIPFORM船型

Theshipform,propellerandrudderdesignedbytheBuildertobeadaptedforrequirementsofshipspeedandperformance.

船厂对该船船型、螺旋桨和舵叶的设计应适合于该船航速和性能的要求。

Thevesseltohaveabulbousbow,arakedstem,transomsternandopenwatertypeofsternframe,astreamlinesemi-balancerudderwithrudderbulbandsinglecontinuousdeckwithforecastle.

该船应带有球鼻艏、斜艏柱、方艉以及敞开型艉框架、带舵筒的流线型半铲型舵、带艏楼的的单层连续甲板。

2-3MATERIAL材料

Materials,machineryandequipment,etc.tobeofChinesemakeunlessspecificallyagreedand/ordescribedintheSpecificationsandintheMakers’List.

除非已在规格书以及厂商表中明确达成协议和/或说明，否则材料、机械和设备等应由中国制造。

Allstructuralsteelusedfortheconstructionofthevesselandmachineryincludingforgingsandcastingstobeoftheshipbuildingandmarineengineeringquality,tested,inspectedandcertifiedasandwhenrequiredbytheClassificationSocietyandtobephysicallyandchemicallyinconformitywithsuchrequirements.

用于建造该船的所有结构钢（包括锻钢和铸钢）应具有船舶建造和轮机工程的质量，并且按照船级社要求进行测试、检验和发放证书，同时在物理特性和化学特性方面应满足要求。

Allwoodtobewellseasonedandfreefromdefect.Allwoodexposedtotheweathertobewellimpregnated

所有木头应为已风干的且没有任何缺陷，所有露天的木头应为充分浸渍型。

IfanymaterialdescribedintheseSpecificationscannotbeobtainedundercertaincircumstances,theBuildertohavetherighttosubstitutesuitableequivalentmaterialwithOwner’sapproval.

如果该规格书中所规定的任何材料在一定的条件下无法获得，则船厂有权采用经船东认可的替代材料。

Anydeviation（materialordesign）fortheoriginalMaker’sdrawingandinstallationinstructionsshallbeClass/Ownerapproved,asapplicable.

在适用的情况下，与原始生产商图纸和安装说明在材料或设计上存在任何偏差时均应经过船级社/船东认可

ListofallalterationsfromOriginalMaker’sdrawingswillbeprovidedtotheOwners.

对原始生产商图纸的所有修改清单应提交给船东。

Listofallnonoriginal（license）equipmentwillbeprovidedtotheOwner.

所有非原始设备的清单应提交给船东。

2-4WORKMANSHIP工艺

AllworkmanshipenteringintotheconstructionofthevesseltobeinaccordancewiththeChineseshipbuildingstandardsand/orBuilder'

sstandardpractice,applicabletothiskindofvessel,subjecttotheapprovaloftheClassificationSocietywherenecessary.WorkmanshipasCSQStobetotheapprovalofOwner.ThestandardsofBuilder'

spracticetobesubmittedtotheOwnerforreference.

用于该船建造的所有工艺应符合中国船舶建造标准和/或船厂标准惯例，并且适合于该型船，同时在必要的情况下应提交给船级社认可。

如CSQS之类的工艺应提交给船东认可，同时应将船厂惯例的标准提交给船东参考。

AllworktobecarriedoutaccordingtoSpecificationsandplansandtotherequirementofClassificationSocietyandalsoregulatorybodiesmentionedhereinafter.

所有工作应按照规格书、设计文件、船级社以及下述规章制订机构的要求进行施工。

AllsubcontractedpartofconstructionwillbeadvisedtotheOwnerinadvanceandwillbesubjecttoBuilder’sQualitycontrol.FinalinspectionbyClass/Owners,asapplicableatSellerspremises.

建造中的所有转包部分应事先告知船东，并且应由船厂进行质量控制，船级社/船东进行的最终检验应以卖方接受为前提。

2-5STANDARDS标准

Thefollowingstandardstobeappliedtotheconstructionofthevessel,asfaraspracticableexceptthefittingsspeciallydescribedhereinafter.

除了那些在下文中特别描述的附件外，在该船建造中应尽可能地采用下述标准：

a）ChineseIndustrialStandard（GB）

中国工业标准（GB）

b）ChineseShipbuildingStandard（CB,CSQS）

中国船舶建造标准（CB,CSQS）

c）ChineseMetallurgicalStandard（YB）

中国冶金标准（YB）

d）ChineseMachineryandElectricStandard（JB）

中国机械和电气标准（JB）

e）Builder'

sstandards,andBuilder'

sstandardpracticetobesubmittedtoOwnerforreference.

船厂标准，并且应将船厂的标准惯例提交给船东参考

f）ISOstandard

ISO标准

g）IACSstandardsref.tobulkcarriersonconstructionandreparation.

与散货轮建造和修理有关的IACS标准

2-6UNITOFMEASURE测量单位

SIunitstobeadoptedfordesignandconstructionofhull,machinery,equipment,etc.ingeneral.

在船体、机械装置和设备等的设计和建造中一般应采用国际单位制。

Allmeasuringunitssuchaspower,pressuregauge,thermometer,volumegauge,tankscales,etc.tobeinaccordancewithSIsystem.

所有测量装置如功率计、压力表、温度计、容积测量仪、舱柜标尺等应采用国际单位制体系。

TheunitofpowertobeofKWandthepressuretobeexpressedingaugepressureunlessotherwisedescribed.

除非有其它说明，否则功率的单位应采用千瓦，而压力采用压力表来显示。

2-7PLANSANDDOCUMENTS设计文件

Alldrawings,calculations,instructionmanuals,etc.tobewritteninEnglish.

所有图纸、计算书、操作手册等应采用英文。

Allnameplates,cautionplatesetc.tobeinEnglish.

所有名牌、警告牌等应采用英文。

CorrespondencebetweenClassandBuilderrelatedtodrawingapprovaltobecopiedtotheOwner.

船级社与船厂间关于图纸认可的信件应提供一份给船东。

TheBuildertosubmitplansforapprovaltotheOwnerinthree（3）copiesandOwnertoreturnone

（1）copyoftheplanstoBuilderwiththeOwner'

ssignatureandcommentifany.

船厂将提交3份图纸给船东认可，并且船东将返回1份带船东签字和意见（如果有的话）图纸给船厂。

ThescopeofplansforsubmittingtotheOwner'

sapprovaltobeinaccordancewiththedrawing"

ApprovalDrawingList"

whichtobeapprovedbyOwner.

提交给船东认可的图纸范围应符合经船东认可的“认可图纸清单”。

TheOwnertoreturnapprovedplanswithin21days（plusexpressmailingtime）afterreceiptofthedrawings.

船东应在收到送审图纸后21天（加上邮寄时间）退回经认可的文件。

IftheOwnerfailstoreturnthedrawingsand/ortosendbyanycommentstotheBuilderwithin21day,theBuilderwillsendfaxremindertoOwnerfirstpriortreatingthedrawingapprovedbyOwnerautomatically.Ownermustsendhiscommentsifanywithin3daysafterBuildersreminder.

如果船东未能在21天内返回图纸和/或意见给船厂，则船厂在将图纸视为被船东自动认可前应发送传真提醒船东，船东在收到船厂提醒后应在3天内发出其意见（如果有的话）。

TheBuildertogiveanswerforOwner'

scommentswithin25daysfromthedateofreceiving.IftheBuilderfailtoanswer,theOwnerwilldeemthatthecommentshavebeenautomaticallyaccepted.

船厂应在收到船东意见后25天内给出答复，如果船厂未给予答复，则船东将视为其意见已被船厂自动接受。

ThereviseddrawingsaccordingtoacceptedcommentstobesubmittedtotheOwner.

按照被接受的意见修改后的图纸应提交给船东。

Intheeventthatanyofthealreadyapprovedplansforthefirstvesselaresameasthoseforthesubsequentsistervessels,theBuildermayleaveout
