采用能适用长途空运以及气候变化，并能很好的防止野蛮装卸，防潮，防雨水侵蚀，防腐蚀，防震，防冻裂和防锈的坚固的木箱和纸箱进行包装，卖方应对包装不良以及未采取适当，正确的包装而造成的货物损坏和产生的费用承担全部的责任，箱内需包含一套完整的技术资料。
货物的包装应包括出口国家或地区政府植物检疫机构认可的企业按照中国出入境检验检疫局确认的检疫除害处理的方法，并加施政府植物检疫机构批准的IPPC标识。
由于没有熏蒸处理和木包装上无IPPC标识而造成的损失和后果，由卖方自行承担。
PACKING:
TObepackedinnewstrongwoodencases/cartons,suitableforlongdistanceairtransportationandforthechangeofclimate,wellprotectedagainstroughhandling,moisture,rain,corrosion,shocks,rust,andfreezing,andanydamageattributabletoinadequateorimproperprotectivemeasurestakenbythesellerinregardtothepacking.Onefullsetoftechnicaldocumentsshallbeenclosedinthecases.
AllwoodenmaterialofshippingpackagemustbetreatedastherequirementsofEntry-ExitinspectionandQuarantineBureauofChina,bytheagentwhomiscertifiedbythegovernmentwherethegoodsisexported.AndthegoodsmustbemarkedwiththeIPPCstamps,whicharecertifiedbythegovernmentagentofBotanical-InspectionandQuarantineBureau.
Allthelossesandresultscausedbynotheat-treatedandnoIPPCmarksinthewoodenpackages
卖方应在每个包装箱上用不褪色的颜料标明包装箱号，毛重，净重，尺寸，以及下列字样“注意防潮”，“轻拿轻放”此边在上“等，并标明下列装运标记。

可：
客户需要在合同签订后三十天内完成填好美国商务部的BIS-711表格和生产商要求的最终用户声明表格。
生产商是不会对由于未能遵守美国出口调理而引起的任何耽搁，延误交货负责。
卖方收到相关部门出具的出口许可证或者工厂出
具的不需要出口许可这个的声明后，会即时通知买方。
Exportissue：
End-Userwillprovidewithin30daysofcontractdateacompletedUSDepartmentofCommerceFormBIS-711andxxStatementofEnd-UseandEnd-UserCertificateandEnd-UserCertificate.TheSellershallpresentonecopyofanexportlicenseissuedbytheauthoritiesorastatement,basedoncompletedBIS-711andxxStatementofEnd-UseandEnd-userCertificateandotherinformationprovidedbytheBuyer,thatitisthrirbeliefthatanexportlicenseisnotrequiredwithin30daysafterthecontractsigned.
10支付：
使用信用证
买方在签订合同后30日内通过银行开具以卖方为受益人，金额为合同总价的不可撤销
的信用证。
该信用证需指明允许分批发货，买方同意根据实际发货金额支付货款。
买方每次支付金额为当批装运货物价款的80%，卖方凭
汇票以及本合同第条所规
定的单据到银行议付
信用证在最后一次装运后90天内有效
Payment:

20%ofthesystemvaluebeingshippedwillbepaidagainstthedocumentstipulatedin
TheletterofCreditshallbevaliduntil90days
afterthelatestshipmentiseffected.
11单据
1.标有“运费预付”的空运单正本一份，目的地机场交由委托方并通知买方。
2.标明合同号以及唛头的发票一式五份（如唛头不只一个应分别开出发票）。
3.货物产地证明。
4.装箱单一式四份。
5.制造厂家所开出的有关质量以及数量的证明书一份。
IP情况下的保险单一份。
7.装运后立即发给买方储运部门说明装运特殊事项的
电报/信件一份

双方签字验收合同书。
1）Oneoriginalofairwaybillmarked“Freight
Prepaid”andconsignedtotheEnd-UseratthePortifDestinationnotifyingtheBuyer.
2）Invoicein5originalsincidicatingcontractnumberandShippingMark（incaseofmorethanoneshippingmark,theinvoiceshallbeissuedseparately）.
3）Onecertificateoforiginofthegoods.
4）FouroriginalcopiesofthepackinglistissuedbytheManufaturer
5）CertificateofQualityandQuantityin1originalissuedbytheManufacturer6）Onecopyofinsurancecoverage
7）Copyofcable/letertothetransportationdepartmentofBuyeradvisingofparticularsastoshipmentimmediatelyaftershipmentismade.

卖方应在货物装运后72小时之内，用传真以及电话通知买方运输部门有关合同号，货物名称，数量，金额，包装件数，毛重，尺寸以及预计到达目的地的日期。
