saimwastocreateanewinstitutionalformforhisidealeducationalsystem,asystemhethoughtshouldgiveeverycitizentheinformationheneedsforcarryingouthisdailybusiness.Thisnewapproachtocitizenshipandeducationdemandedanewtypeofuniversity,onewherestudentsandprofessorscouldcoexistandshareideas.Heattemptedtocreatethisenvironmentby
