TheIPRprotectionsystemwasestablishedatacomparativelylatedateinChina,buthasdevelopedrapidly.MajorprogresshasbeenmadeinIPRprotectionsincethelate1970s,whenChinainitiatedthereformandopening-uppolicies.AnIPRsystemhasbeengraduallyestablished,andispromotinghealthyeconomicdevelopmentandoverallsocialprogress.

InordertohelptheinternationalcommunityhaveabetterunderstandingoftherealsituationregardingChina'

sIPRprotectionandmakeaproperjudgment,weherebygiveabriefintroductiontoandexplanationofrelatedissues.

ChinahasalwaysadoptedaresponsibleattitudetoactivelypromotingIPRprotection.WhileadheringtotheinternationalrulesonIPRprotection,ChinahasdecidedonalevelofIPRprotectionappropriateforitsownnationalsituation,andmadegreateffortstobalancetheinterestsamongintellectualpropertycreators,usersandthegeneralpublic,soastocreateabenigncircleforthecreationanduseofintellectualproperty.
