4）卖方—网站上显示的向订货人出售商品的相应乐购Tesco门店。

5）订货人—发出订单的具有完全民事行为能力的自然人，或具有限制民事行为能力但从事的活动符合其年龄和智力水平的自然人，法人团体或组织单位或不具有法人资格但在其许可经营范围内开展活动的实体。

若任何个人或主体从事超出其行为能力或经营范围的活动，则相关订单自始无效。

Tesco/卖方有权撤消该订单，注销该用户或拒绝向其提供服务或商品。

6）User–anynaturalpersonthatmakesuseoftheWebsite.

7）Goods–GoodspresentedbytheSellerontheWebsite,fromamongwhichtheOrderermayselectitemstoraiseanOrderandthentopurchasethemwhentheyhavebeenofferedtotheOrdererbytheSellerondelivery.GoodspresentedontheWebsitedonotconstituteanofferinthemeaningofthePRCContractLaw.

8）PRC–People'

sRepublicofChina.

9）Price–thegrosspriceofGoods,shownnexttotheinformationaboutthem,excludingtheirDeliveryCosts.PricesaregiveninRMBanddoincludeVAT.PricesgivenontheWebsiteareonlyguideprices.Ondelivery,PricesofspecificGoodsmaydifferfromtheirPricesgivenontheWebsiteandarePricesofGoodseffectiveintheLocationonthedayofthedelivery.

sindividualAccount,createdaftertheirregistration,bymeansofwhichtheUserraisesOrdersandmanagestheirdatagivenduringtheregistration.

13）Login–emailaddressgivenbytheOrdererduringtheregistrationontheWebsite.

10）配送费用—向订货人配送而产生的费用。

订货人就某商品发出订单时，网站上会显示相应的配送费用。

11）发货地—卖方使用“乐购Tesco”品牌运营的相关门店的所在地，即商品的发货地。

12）账户—用户的个人账户，在用户注册后创建，用户可以利用其账户发出订单并管理注册信息。

13）登录名—订货人在网站注册时提供的电子邮箱地址。

14）CustomerDeliveryAssistant–anaturalpersonemployedbytheSellerorTesco,whoholdstheSeller'
