直通冲击式破碎机（制砂机）

H系统直通冲击式破碎机是我公司引进美国巴马克公司著名的“石打石”破碎机原理及技术，结合国内制砂生产方面的实际情况，研制开发出具有国内，国际，领先水平的高效碎石设备。

它广泛适用于各种岩石，磨料，耐火材料，水泥熟料，石英石，铁矿石，混凝土骨料等多种硬，脆物料的中碎，细碎（制沙粒）。

对建筑用沙，筑路用沙石优为适宜。

工作原理：

物料由机器上部垂直落入高速旋转的叶轮内，在高速离心力的作用下，与另一部分以伞状形式分流在叶轮四周的物料生产高速撞击粉碎，物料在互相撞击后，又会在叶轮和机壳之间料层形成涡流多次撞击，摩擦而粉碎，从下部排料斗排出，形成闭路多次循环，由筛分设备控制成品粒度。

WorkPrinciple:

Underthehighspeedcentrifugalforce,whenthematerialsverticallyfalltothehigh-speedrotatingimpellerofmachine,themachinecanimpactandcrushthematerialwithotherpartsofmaterialswhichareinumbrella-likeformationaroundtheimpeller.Afterimpactingwitheachother,thematerialsformvortexbetweenimpellerandcasingandthencrushmanytimeswhichatlastbedischargedfromdistributor.Themachine

canformtheclosedcircuitandcycleformanytimeswhichcontroltheparticlesizebyscreeningequipment.
