I’verecentlybeentoHamptonCourt,whichisaroyalpalacemostfamouslyknownforbeingtheplacewhereKingHenryVIIIlived,andafewofhiswivesthatmadeitthere.

I…IthinkTateModernisthebestplaceI’vebeento,youknow,becauseit’s…it’sdifferenteverytime…Um,youknow,theyreallypushtheboundariesof,youknow,thedisplays,comparedtoalotofthetraditionalmuseumsandartgalleriesinLondon.

ThebestthingI’veeverdonewaswatchingagiginHydeParkformycousin’sbirthday.

ThemostexcitingthingI’vedoneinLondon?

Um,I’vewatchedEnglandplayfootballatWembley–thatwasquiteexciting.

Justthisweekend,wewereiner,Brixton,inBrockwellPark,andtherewasacountryfairgoingonandjustthecharactersinthecrowdwerejustabsolutelyfantastic.

I’vedonealotofinterestingthings.I’vehadalotofgoodexperiencesherebutprobablythebestthingwaswhenIwenttoWimbledonthisyear.Um…Igottowatch…IgottowatchAndyMurrayonCenterCourt.Imanagedtogetticketstothat.Anditwasjustareallygoodatmosphereanditwasagoodexampleof,sortof,Britishcultureandsport.

ThishappenedinAustralia…whenIwasabout25.IspentafewdaysatahotelinAliceSpringsandwenttoAyersRockand…Well,anyway,oneday,Iwentoutforawalk…intheoutback.ItwasalovelydaysoIwalkedandwalked…andthenIrealizedIdidn’treallyknowwhereIwas.Iwasabitstupid,really…becauseIdecidedtogofurther…IguessIthoughtI’dfindthewayback.Um…anyway,afterthatIheardsomedogs.FirstIheardthembarking,andthenIsawthem…Therewasagroup–maybefiveorsixdogs,wilddogs,comingtowardsme.Ifeltreallyfrightened,butIrememberedsomeadviceI,I,er…um,I…Ireadinmyguidebook:

Don’tmove,anddon’tlookatthedogs.SoIfroze,likeastatue…Ididn’tmove…andIlookedatatree,notatthedogs,anddidn’tmovemyeyes.Thedogswereallaroundme,jumpingandbarking…Ithoughttheyweregoingtobiteme.Thenonedogdidbitemyarm,justalittle,butstillIdidn’tmove.Intheend,afterabout20minutes,thedogswentaway.Istayedthereforafewmoreminutesandthenluckilyfoundmywaybacktothehotel.ItwasthemostfrighteningexperienceI’veeverhad!
