一、工程概况

（一）水库基本概况

文家角水库位于广元市苍溪县石门乡境内，距县城25km，属嘉陵江水系插江支流。

水库坝址以上控制集雨面积15.16km2，总库容1040万m3，有效库容748万m3，是一座以农田灌溉为主，兼有防洪、养殖等综合效益的中型水利工程。

设计灌面2.43万亩。

水库下游有石门、元坝两个场镇六个村，人口2.1万人、3200亩土地。

（二）工程主要建设内容

苍溪县2010年文家角水库库区水利基金建设项目主要内容为整治渠道1.02km、整治山坪塘2口、村道硬化1.02km、新建渠道0.5078km。

（四）工程施工过程

苍溪县2010年文家角水库库区水利基金建设项目于2011年8月开工，2011年12月10日完工。

在施工过程中，严格按技术要求进行施工，各项指标均在允许范围内。

其中：

砼的配合比是由县建设局质检部门出具配合比例。

整个施工过程中严格按照配合比配料，搅拌机拌和，按《水工砼施工规范》操作，采购的水泥均符合国家和现行的行业标准，是按技术要求规定进行养护的，监理单位工作人员现场把关，确保工程质量。

二、概算执行情况

苍溪县水利电力勘测设计队编制预算为130万元，省批复总投资为130万元，施工单位中标价为688000.00元，实际完成投资759830.16元。

三、工程质量鉴定

2010年文家角水库库区水利基金建设项目划分为五个单位工程、35个分部工程。

经苍溪县水利水电工程质量监督站12月05日核定，工程施工质量等级为合格。

四、验收结论

验收工作组查看了现场，听取了工程建设管理工作报告、工程施工管理工作报告、工程设计工作汇报、工程建设监理工作报告、质量监督工作报告，查阅了工程竣工资料，经认真讨论，一致认为2010年文家角水库库区水利基金建设项目施工质量合格，投资控制合理，工程档案资料齐备。

工程竣工验收后，应及时完善现场提出的问题，尽快完成审计工作，加强建后管理，落实好管护责任。

整个工程初步验收为合格工程，同意验收交付运行使用。
