一、古籍书店的图书结构及分类释义

这是我们每位同事都必须了解的基础知识，大家刚进书店的时候首先就是对此进行培训，目的是让我们以最快的时间了解图书的分类知识，能让理论和实际相结合，在工作中快速进入角色。

下面我们就分别来讲一下古籍书店15个分类以及它们的释义。

也有一个明确的划分:

民国以前的各类小说属于古籍书店，民国以后的所有小说均属文艺书店;

民国以前的传记、学术研究著作、史学理论属古籍书店，民国以后的归入社科书店。

此定义所列民国以前是指从远古时代到第二次鸦片战争即1911年以前的时期。

从各个分类所产生的销售贡献度来讲,主要是古典小说、诸子百家、历代诗词鉴赏等所占比例较大。

原因是这类图书属于古籍书店的普及读物，也是古籍类图书的典型代表。

为此这类书就是我们要重点关注的图书类别，它们是古籍书店销售的重点，我们对这类图书的铺货量也是比较大的。

企业将古籍书店定位为B类书店，也即专业书店。

专业书店有个明显的特征就是小而精。

小是指品种上相对A类大众书店要少;

精则是指具有自身鲜明的专业特色和比较固定的读者群。

由于品种少，图书的结构分划相对较为清晰，便于我们更好地进行合理的调控，更便于对精细准确的库存结构下工夫。

平时的工作中，需要我们大家共同关注、紧密配合、相互支持来做好对古籍书店的库存结构分析和销售走势分析。

每个书店的同事和信息分析员之间，信息分析员和采购业务之间的相互沟通衔接很重要，有好的销售信息及时相互转告，使得对信息的掌握最终转变成销售的利润。

平时一部分书城的同事就会经常向我反映一些顾客询问某种图书的信息，并且提供了解到的图书详细资料。

比如是哪个学校的老师指定学生购买，或者是哪个单位集体购买作为培训用书，还有近期哪些图书比较好销就让我提前进行备
