Theresentsituationanddevelopmentofthemetalhalogenidelamp:

Inrecent20years,themetalhalogenidelampdevelopmentisveryquick.atpresenteachbigelectriclightsourcecompanyallisinvolumeproductionallovertheworld,andourcountryalsohasmorethan40enterprisestocarryontheproduction,therecentdevelopmentsurveywillmakethesynopsisonthemetalhalogenidelamp.

Quartzmetalhalogenidelampproductionpresentsituation:

Formorethantenyearsquartzmetalhalogenidelampdevelopmenthasbeenveryquick,theproductquantity,thequality,thespecification,thetechnologyandtheequipmentandsoon,allhastheverybigenhancement,whichhasenteredthematureperiodgraduallyandmainlydisplaysinfollowingseveralaspects:

(1)outputgrowsyearbyyear

Thesdandardofquartzmetalhalogenidelampdevelopmentspeedcriterionalsoisanannualoutputjustlikeotherproductsyearbyyear,inrecentyearsthemetalhalogenidelampoutputincreasesprogressivelyyearafteryear.

(2)Thequalityenhancesyearbyyearwith1990scompares,themetalhalogenidelampproductqualityhasobtainedthecomprehensiveenhancement.Takethe150Wmetalhalogenidelampastheexample,bybeforehandthelighteffect85lm/W,enhancesto100lm/Wnow,thelamplifeby3000~5000h,atpresentenhances8000~15000h,thecolorwarmdriftingalsohasimprovement,thelampstartperformancehasenhancedgreatly,theproductuniformitybecomesstable.

(3)Specificationconsummatesgradually

Inrecentyearsthequartzmetalhalogenidelampdevelopsveryquicklyintheproductspecification,hasformedtheintegritysystem,andwillbeabletobecomearespectedfamilyintheelectriclightsource.Accordingtothemetalhalogenidelamppower,thestructuresize,themanufacturecraftandtheequipmentdifference,thequartzmetalhalogenidelampisdividedinto5series.

Metalhalogenidelamptrendofdevelopment:

(2)Theelectricarctubularconstructionofmetalhalogenidelamp

1)Theshellshapeofthemetalhalogenidelampelectricarctubesoakswilldevelop(Chineseoliveshape)inthedirectionfromthecylindertotheellipsoidalstructure.

Theellipsoidalstructureelectricarctubemayreducetheelectricarctubebothsidesbladeareagreatly,causesthelamptheheatconductionlosstoreduce,isadvantageousinenhancesthelampthecoldendtemperature,isadvantageousinenhancesthelighteffect,andthenenhancesthequalityofthelamp.

2)theelectricarctubesoakstheshellmaterial,developsbythequartztothepolytropismtranslucentaluminumoxideceramicsdirection.

3)thelowpowerquartzmetalhalogenidelamp(lowpowertheelectricarctubewillbeablebytohavethespecial-purposeexhaustpipeinparticular),willdevelopinthedirectionofndirectionotspecial-purposeexhaustpipe(i.e.iscallednon-combJinLudeng).Thenon-combmetalhalogenidelampenhancesthelighteffect,thelifeandthelightcoloradvantageously.

(3)Developsinthedirectionofsemiautomatic,automated,theformalizationproduction.Theoutputofthequartzmetalhalogenidelampincreasesinparticularquickly.Somefactorieshaveproducedsurpassmorethan200tenthousandyearly.Thesemiautomationortheautomatedproductionimperativeinwillbeuseinordertofurtherlyenhancetheoutput,guaranteesthequality,andreducesthecost.Themetalhalogenidelampproductionwilldevelopinthedirectionofthefewpeople,theworkshopofnobody(referingoperateworker),particularlyultralowpowermetalhalogenidelampproduction.

ThebulbblebloweristheimportantlinkofthelowpowerJinLudengproductionlineprecisely,thebulbblowerincludesthetwoaxlemovementcontrol,thepointingaccuracytobehighoflocationandduplication,controltechnologyisdifficultyrelatively,itisnecessarytotookitasthebreachfromtheproductionandthetechnology.
