Inrecent20years,themetalhalogenidelampdevelopmentisveryquick.atpresenteachbigelectriclightsourcecompanyallisinvolumeproductionallovertheworld,andourcountryalsohasmorethan40enterprisestocarryontheproduction,therecentdevelopmentsurveywillmakethesynopsisonthemetalhalogenidelamp.

Quartzmetalhalogenidelampproductionpresentsituation:

Formorethantenyearsquartzmetalhalogenidelampdevelopmenthasbeenveryquick,theproductquantity,thequality,thespecification,thetechnologyandtheequipmentandsoon,allhastheverybigenhancement,whichhasenteredthematureperiodgraduallyandmainlydisplaysinfollowingseveralaspects:

（1）outputgrowsyearbyyear

Inrecentyearsthequartzmetalhalogenidelampdevelopsveryquicklyintheproductspecification,hasformedtheintegritysystem,andwillbeabletobecomearespectedfamilyintheelectriclightsource.Accordingtothemetalhalogenidelamppower,thestructuresize,themanufacturecraftandtheequipmentdifference,thequartzmetalhalogenidelampisdividedinto5series.

1）Theshellshapeofthemetalhalogenidelampelectricarctubesoakswilldevelop（Chineseoliveshape）inthedirectionfromthecylindertotheellipsoidalstructure.

Theellipsoidalstructureelectricarctubemayreducetheelectricarctubebothsidesbladeareagreatly,causesthelamptheheatconductionlosstoreduce,isadvantageousinenhancesthelampthecoldendtemperature,isadvantageousinenhancesthelighteffect,andthenenhancesthequalityofthelamp.

（3）Developsinthedirectionofsemiautomatic,automated,theformalizationproduction.Theoutputofthequartzmetalhalogenidelampincreasesinparticularquickly.Somefactorieshaveproducedsurpassmorethan200tenthousandyearly.Thesemiautomationortheautomatedproductionimperativeinwillbeuseinordertofurtherlyenhancetheoutput,guaranteesthequality,andreducesthecost.Themetalhalogenidelampproductionwilldevelopinthedirectionofthefewpeople,theworkshopofnobody（referingoperateworker）,particularlyultralowpowermetalhalogenidelampproduction.
