Organizationsareusuallymatchestothepurposeofachievingthespecificgoals.Thegoalalsodeterminesthedirectionthattheorganizationwilltakeoverthelongterm.Theyareextremeimportantforanorganization.Thetypicalgoalscontainsoftheoperationalgoals,consumergoals,productgoalsandprimarygoals.

Operationalgoals

Theoperationalgoalsarethelargestgoalofacompany.Theywillinfluenceonthewaysinwhichweastheorganizationwilloperate.Suchustheenvironmentallyormanagingethically.Theoperationalgoalsnotonlyincludetheproductdevelopmentgoals,Marketcompetitiongoals,butalsothesocietygoals.Fromthiscase,thelargegoaloftheScotiaAirwaysScotiaAirwaysisthatnotonlyestablishtheairlineinMajorEuropeantouristdestinations,butalsodeveloptheflightstomajorbusinesscentersinEasternEuropeanandtheMiddleandtheFarEast.

Productgoals
