火灾和爆炸对于人类社会一直是具有巨大创造性和破坏性的力量，在生产和生活中，一旦失去控制,就会酿成灾害，而且火灾和爆炸事故往往能造成惨重的人身伤亡和巨大的财产损失。
随着现代化建设的飞速发展，可燃易爆物品广泛应用于各行各业，尤其是石油、化工、矿山、火工等行业,危险性更大。
现在，火灾和爆炸事故的预防仍然是世界各国重点研究的安全防范课题。
随着经济建设的高速发展和科学技术的突飞猛进，防火防爆技术也必将不断发展变化，人们开始对防火防爆技术进行研究，把火灾爆炸事故的发生概率降低到最小极限。
防火基本技术措施，就是根据科学原理和实践经验,对火灾危险所采取的预防、控制和消除措施。
防爆基本技术措施，根据物质燃烧爆炸原理，采取防爆基本技术措施，防止发生火灾爆炸事故的基本点为:
控制可燃物和助燃物的浓度、温度、压力及混触条件，避免物料处于燃爆的危险状态,采取各种阻隔手段，阻止火灾爆炸事故灾害的扩大，在各种建筑物的设计中，加强防火防爆的抵抗能力，使得建筑物能更耐久更安全.

Analysesthebasicprincipleofcombustionexplosion,soastoachieverequirementsforfireandexplosionprevention。
Usedforfireandexplosionpreventionprinciple,knowledge,researchandinvestigation,andachievethegoalofeventually。
Fireandexplosionforthehumansocietyhasalwaysbeenagreatcreativeanddestructivepower,andintheproductionandlife，onceoutofcontrol,willleadtodisaster,andfireandexplosionaccidentsoftencancauseheavypersonalcasualtiesandhugepropertylosses。
Withtherapiddevelopmentofmodernconstruction，combustibleandexplosiveitemsarewidelyusedinallwalksoflife,especiallyinpetroleum,chemical，mining，fireandotherindustries,riskisbigger.Now,fireandexplosionaccidentpreventionisstilltheworldfocusesonsafetyissue。
Withthehigh—speeddevelopmentofeconomyandtherapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,technologyforfireandexplosionpreventiondevelopmentwillalsochange,peoplebegintostudyoftechnologyforfireandexplosionprevention,reducethefireexplosionaccidentprobabilitytoaminimumlimit.

火灾与爆炸事故是人类社会的重要灾害之一,其直接后果是危害人民生命安全,破坏生态平衡,造成经济损失，导致环境污染。
随着社会经济的不断发展，城市化加速,导致火灾的危险源不断增多，火灾与爆炸事故的特点是:
发生频率高、突发性强、危害大等.由此带来的灾难后果也更加严重，因此，加强火灾与爆炸事故的研究，掌握最新的防火防爆技术，对于预防和控制火灾与爆炸事故的发生发展，具有重要的意义。
