smachineryindustryplaysaveryimportantposition.However,ourcurrentapplication,orcopylargecranebehindthetechnologyproducedabroad,andhasbeenappliedinthefactoryformanyyears,andsome70to80yearsofproducts,bothinqualityorfunctionalityarenotgrowingtomeettheindustrialdemand.Howtodesignitthelowestcost,rationalizethelayout,functionmodernizationisthesubjectofourstudy.Thisdesignisforsmalltonnagebridgecranedesign,themaindesignelementsareQDcranestructureandoperationofinstitutions,includingthebridgestructure,calculationandcheckingthelayout,themainbeamstructurecalculationandchecking,endbeamscalculationandchecking,themainendbeamconnectandrunthecartandcheckingbodypartsofchoice.
