本次设计了一套汽车刹车片的压制模。
本课题主要是从对零件压坯的尺寸,密度,质量
和高度等计算,来确定阴模与模冲的类型,再通过对压机的选择设计所需要的模具,顶出方
式的选择,加热方式的选择,对模具的材料进行选择,强度校核,粗糙度的确定,最后画出零件
图和装配图。

Abstract
Powdermetallurgyisabranchofmetallurgyandmaterialssciencewhoisan
undesirablematerialmeltingmetallurgymethod.Withthedevelopmentof
economy,Becauseofpowdermetallurgyprocesswithhighefficiency,stablequality,
lowcostandcanbeprocessedwithcomplicatedshapesadvantages,sothatit’s
positioninmodernindustryaremoreandmoreimportant.Accordingly,powder
metallurgydieasamodernhigh-speedmoldingtechnologyplayanincreasingly
importanttoleintheprocessequipment.Especiallyintheautomotiveindustry,anincreasing
proportionofre-application,isoneoftheimportantpillarsofthemodernautomobileindustryand
alsoisadirectionofModernindustrialdevelopment.
Thisdesignisapressdieofbrakepads.Theprojectmustbasisonpart’ssize,
density,heightandmasstodesignthemild’sstampingtype.Thenbasisonpress
machinetochoicemold’stype.ThenIchoicethebestwayforpushing-outand
boiling.NextstepareSelectingthematerialofthemoldandStrengthcheck.Thelastway,I
mustdeterminetheroughnessanddrawthepartsandassemblydrawingsfinally.
