Abstract
ThecreditcardindustryinChinahasexperiencedrapidgrowth,it’sgrowthismoderating,facingtothesaturationofthecreditcardmarket,theBanksneedtoexpandtheirbusiness,becauseoftheneedforprofitplus,Bankswanttofindthetraditionalfinancingchannelsoffinancing.Securitizationofcreditassetsisbasedoncreditassetsissuedbytheproduct,fromacertainextent,solvetheproblemofbankfinancing.
Atpresentdomesticbankingtraditionalprofitmodelisfacingmoreandmoreseverechallenge,intermsofprofitabilityandreducethecostofcapital,creditassetsecuritizationproductsprovideagoodoption.Butitshouldalsobeenseen,thedevelopmentofcreditassetsecuritizationmayencountersomeproblemsanddifficulties,afterall,intheChinesemarketisnotmature,sothecreditassetsecuritizationproductsinourcountry,needtoaccordwiththenationalconditionofourcountry.
Thisarticlefromthestudyofpresentsituation,thestructureofcreditassetsecuritizationathomeandabroad,analyzestherisksandchallengesfacinginthedevelopmentofChina.Andtheanalysisofthenextphaseofdomesticcreditcardtheprospectanddevelopmentdirectionofassetsecuritization,targetedSuggestions,hopecanprovidethedesignofdomesticcreditassetsecuritizationanddistributionwithcertainideas.
