1.2.2Foundationchecking

Theposition,geometrydimensionandqualityrequirementsoftheequipmentfoundationshallcomplywiththeconstructiondrawingsandtheCodeforConstructionandAcceptanceofConcreteStructures（GB50204-92）.

Boththefoundationsurfaceoftheequipmentandthereservedholesofanchorboltsshallbecleanedup,thescrewthreadandthenutoftheembeddedanchorboltshallbekeptingoodcondition.

1.3UnpackingInspectionofEquipment

UnpackinginspectionofequipmentshallbeexecutedunderthesupervisionoftheOwner’spersonnel,Contractorshallinspectthefollowingitems:

Appearance,quantity,specificationandmodeloftheequipment

Packinglistandothertechnicaldada.

DuringtheinspectionContractorshallkeepalltherecords.

Equipment,sparepartsandspecialtoolsshallbecarefullykept.

1.4InstallationofEquipment

1.4.1PositioningandAligningofEquipment

Thebaselineofinstallationshallbedesignatedaccordwithconstructiondrawingandrelatingaxis,edgelineorelevationlinebeforeequipmentpositioning.

Theallowabletoleranceofofthedistancefromplaneinstallationbenchmarktoactualfoundationaxisorbetweenactualshopwallaxisandedgelineis±

20mm.

1.4.2AnchorBolt

TheAnchorboltinthereservedholeshallaccordwiththerequirementofconstructiondrawinganddesigndocument;

therequirementbelowmustbefollowedifnootherspecialinstructionsareavailable:

（1）Anchorboltshallbeverticalinreservedholefreeofinclining.

（2）Thedistancebetweenanypartofanchorbolttotheholewallshallbelargerthan15mm,andtheboltendshouldn’ttouchholebottom.

（3）Theoildirtandoxidizedsurfaceofanchorboltshallbeclearaway,alittlegreaseshallbeappliedtothescrewthreadoftheanchorbolt.

（4）Thereshallbenodistancebetweenthenutandthegasket,andsoarethegasketandthepedestaloftheequipment.

（5）Boltshallextendoutofnutafternutfastening;

theexposedlengthisabout1/3-2/3ofthediametervalueofthebolt.

（6）Theanchorblotshallbefastenedwhileconcretestrengthinreservedreachesmorethanthan75%designedvalue,thefasteningstrengthshallbeevenly.

1.4.3IronShim

Theshimsizeforleveladjustingofequipmentshallaccordwiththerequirementofconstructiondrawingsortechnicaldocuments.

Thecommonwedgeshimandflatshimshallbeselectedaccor
